IMPORTANT NOTE:
The individual who posted this review clearly acknowledges that they DID NOT USE THE SERVICE. They simply called/emailed the company.
This means this REVIEW IS THEREFORE IN NO WAY A VALID ACCOUNT of what transpires for customers who actually pay for and utilize the service.
It is not lawful to report that a company is a "scam", when the person making the allegation in fact HAS NOT UTILIZED THE SERVICE.
Such a person has no method for determining factually whether or not the company is a "scam", since they did not actually use the services.
This means this "review" is an attempt to harm the company, primarily because the person who wrote the review did not "like the person" they allegedly interacted with.
It would be wise for readers to FOCUS RESEARCH ON REVIEWERS WHO ACTUALLY USED THE SERVICE.
The company has been in business since 2004. Companies cannot remain in business for that duration, if they are not actually delivering services effectively.
If you have a matter that might require the services of the company, you should contact the company for a consultation.

Run from using this joke of a company
There was not a phone number anywhere on the online site for this company and instead it required me to fill out information for a quote. Then I Googled to see what their reviews are because I found it odd that there was no contact phone number. The reviews were terrible so when the attorney called from the company I told him I wasn’t interested in using this company because of the poor reviews. He got very angry and rattled on about how those reviews are just by judges and cops who are trying to make them look bad and then said that he wasn’t going to help me because “you’re now blocked from our site..good day!” and he hung up. For one, I was already clear that I didn’t want to use him. For another thing, he was so unprofessional that I can believe the poor reviews and I don’t believe they were all just written by cops and judges out to get his company. They seem to match how unprofessionally he acted, to a tee. His comment that I was blocked from his site simply because I told him I didn’t want to be a client because of the poor reviews leads me to believe that they simply block people who they think will leave them a bad review or have left them a bad review on their own site. Thank God I did not use this company. They are the least professional company I’ve come across, probably ever.

Don't Encourage This Miserable Person
Sadly, I used these guys. I knew they were rude but hoped they at least knew what they were doing. I did exactly what they said. It took almost a year. In the end, their defense didn't work.
They guaranteed me a full refund. When I called for it they blamed me for losing and said I wouldn't even get half my money back unless I signed something promising not to review them unfavorably in the internet.
SO I am forgoing my refund to warn EVERYONE out there. Do NOT use these people. Not only are they dishonest and incompetent, the person who calls you is obnoxious, rude and needs a few years of anger management.
If you can imagine a miserable troll in a basement somewhere, yelling at people and sending rage fueled emails at the hundreds of people he pretends he's helping you are beginning to get the picture. Unfortunately it's probably much worse.

Seems like a rip off.
I'll be honest, I haven't used these guys. But I haven't used these guys because they just don't smell right and the reviews and accounts of their behavior are deplorable.
The first thing that stands out to me is the price. It's $200 to use them. Well, it's $199 to use them. For most people, while this is cheaper than an attorney in most cases, it's also more expensive than simply paying the ticket. I know it would have been for me.
They advertise a fast free consultation. I don't know exactly how you get the fast free consultation. When I DID inquire and express interest via email, I received two emails from them. One of the emails was of their "glowing testimonials", which according to some people based on research done are made up names, The second email was a list of other options rather than using them, which of course were all wrong and would lead to you losing in court and paying thousands in increased insurance premiums.
I also received a voice mail from a guy talking fast and basically saying sign up and win or don't and lose.
The next day I received the exact same emails and essentially the exact same voice mail with a "final notice" disclaimer. What never appeared via email or phone call was an offer to discuss the case and options either with them or someone else, i.e., the "fast free consultation". Within the emails there didn't seem to be an option other than to pay $199. So no "free consultation".
They offer a money back guarantee, but from various testimonies and a copy of their terms of the money back guarantee, it's a joke. From what I saw,it doesn't apply if your trial date is less than 16 days from the time you sign up. Given that most jurisdictions take "right to a speedy trial" especially serious with traffic court cases, there is probably going to be fairly good odds that your trial date will be less than 16 days from the time you signed up with them, if you tried other options first and kind of just stumbled upon them. To wit, my arraignment date was 9 days after I was cited. From there my court date was 18 days after that. I have got a continuance, which is 14 days after the original trial date. Point being, unless in my circumstance, I would have signed up with them right away, I probably would have been out of luck.
But that isn't the worst part. Again, they want to seemingly put the customer on trial, in essence, to prove that their methods were used and didn't work. They also want you to appeal a lost verdict (typically around $500 out of pocket) and will refund you IF you appeal and IF you lose the appeal. In addition, they want you to purchase court transcripts and send them to them to review, or recreate an accurate play by play, so they can go through them with a fine toothed comb, no doubt looking for a technicality or loophole to deny a customer their refund.
This hardly qualifies as a "money back guarantee". You ever see those late night or weekend infomercials where some doctor or supplement guy says, "You can even send back an empty pill bottle and if you're not satisfied for any reason, we'll refund your money no questions asked." THAT is a money back guarantee. NOT, "We'll give you your money back if you meet this, this, and this, and prove this, this, and this."
Worse STILL are the accounts and copied text from them threatening customers who asked for their money back with lawsuits and wage garnishments, including being forbidden from talking negatively about them anywhere and using their "copyrighted company name". Whatever that is supposed to mean. They claim all of that is illegal and defamation, which of course is rubbish.
There are also multiple accounts of people being berated, cursed at, and insulted for simply saying, "Thanks but no thanks." They claim they "talk tough" like a football coach who would yell at his players. I'm pretty sure there are football coaches that don't yell at their players. Do a lot, even most of them do so? Probably. Do all of them? Likely not. Because LEADERS know how to communicate in different ways and know what works with some and what doesn't with others. In addition, they have been known to brag about being "millionaires" from doing this. If you need to brag about being a millionaire from this, if that's even true, or if you need to mention it, that shows what the true motivation is. To get your money first and foremost, the same thing the people they're claiming to "help" you against are after. Word to the wise.
As to their strategy, again since I didn't purchase it, I can't directly comment. But then someone at another board DID copy some of it, and it again sounds like a lot of hype.
First of all, they advise you to lie to the court. I repeat, they ADVISE YOU TO LIE TO THE COURT. They say get a continuance or get the trial moved to another day of the week, claiming a religious conflict. Oddly, and naturally the motion for continuance that I filed said proof of conflict MUST be attached. News flash, by this point I would say courts are on to the popular internet strategy of "delay the trial as many times as possible". At any rate, while it may not be perjury necessarily to lie on a continuance form, chances are if the court figures out you lied, or doubts your story, your chances of either getting the delay or winning your case are pretty much nil.
From what I saw, they lean heavily on getting a speed survey, or used to. This was a good defense and strategy- 20 YEARS AGO. The federal MUTCD DOES indicate that speed limits should be set by a scientific speed survey with a recommendation of 5 mph within the 85th percentile speed. It IS in theory to prevent speed limits from being set arbitrarily by local or state governments. But in 2003 they put (with the exception of statutory speed limits) in there. What's a statutory speed limit? Naturally, it's a speed limit set arbitrarily by local or state governments. So now it's essentially toothless and says, "To set a speed limit, do a speed survey every 5 years or just have your government decide how fast people are allowed to go. Either way is fine with us." In short, if you bring that up in almost any state except maybe California and hand the judge and prosecutor and copy of the statute, unless the prosecutor is a total idiot he or she is going to object and say it allows governments to dictate the speed limit without a survey. And the judge is going to agree.
As to everything else, I highly doubt there is anything they offer that can't be found on your own. Can they find it quicker? Probably. But in general, if you want to fight the ticket, find out the best way to cast doubt to the admissibility of the evidence and reliability and accuracy of the method the officer used to determine your speed. Even then, you still MAY lose. But that, as well as pertinent case law, can be found through basic internet research, and you don't have to pay $200 or follow the advice of people who are mostly motivated by taking your money out of your pocket, convincing you to lie to the court, and peddling outdated defenses while insulting you if you dare question them.
So unless you're desperate and kind of a shady character yourself, or willing to be, I'd say spend the time to do your own research and try to prepare your own defense or find a reasonably priced attorney who at minimum may be able to plea bargain it to a no points or non moving violation. Or, try to deal yourself, ask for leniency, and see if traffic school is a viable option.

Very bad experience and frustrating
I haven't had a moving violation in about 28 tears. So, I was feeling very ashamed and feeling guilty and sad to start with for getting a ticket for speeding. It was also out of state in Pennsylvania, which is about 3 hours ride from my home. With that state of mind, I googled in for the "attorney to defend the speeding ticket in that county in Pennsylvania". Guess whose website shows up first. SPEEDTICKETBEATERS.COM. They were very fast in reviewing the ticket and told me it is defensible. The person called me and charged me $199.
Because the ticket meant 4 points on my driver license and the distance to drive, and it also meant taking a day off from my work---which is very difficult, and I loose my pay for the day--- I "hired" them for the defense. All along I they posed as the attorneys.
In Pennsylvania and New Jersey they just give one extension of court day and that is it!
Therefore their defense of postponing the date does not work. Moreover, if you read thro' you will also notice that they tell you " NEVER ADMIT THAT YOU WERE SPEEDING". That is being asked to out right lie. In Pennsylvania and New Jersey, the judges will nail you for that. What kind of defense is that?
I suggest you thoroughly search this company before you fall into the trap with these people. I had even E mailed back right away stating that the whole transaction is cancelled and I should get the refund. Guess what! Good luck on that.
NEVER EVER HIRE THESE PEOPLE! You are better off paying a little more money and getting an attorney to defend you. That is exactly what I did. I just paid $400 and attorney appeared on my behalf and I did not have to go to the court at all! The attorney got my ticket dismissed and no points on my driver's license.
