Called about my ticket and the advice that I was given was a lie. I had already talked to the court as well as my car insurance. He threatened me and I was sent rude emails after I hung up the phone. This is clearly a scam.

THIS REVIEW HAS BEEN IDENTIFIED AS FAKE: The reviewer did NOT actually use the service.
The individual who posted this review clearly acknowledges IN THEIR OWN STATEMENT that they DID NOT USE THE SERVICE. This means this REVIEW IS THEREFORE IN NO WAY A VALID ACCOUNT of what transpires for customers who actually pay for and utilize the service.
It is not lawful to report that a company is a "scam", when the person making the allegation in fact HAS NOT UTILIZED THE SERVICE. Such a person has no method for determining factually whether or not the company is a "scam", since they did not actually use the services.
This means this "review" is an attempt to harm the company, primarily because the person who wrote the review did not "like the person" they allegedly interacted with. It would be wise for readers to FOCUS RESEARCH ON REVIEWERS WHO ACTUALLY USED THE SERVICE.
The company has been in business since 2004. Companies cannot remain in business for that duration, if they are not actually delivering services effectively.
If you have a matter that might require the services of the company, you should contact the company for a consultation.

It's a scam
It's a scam. You don't need to pay money and be scammed out of money just to report something as a scam. There are promises of winning your case, without knowing any details, requiring payment upfront, blowing up your phone constantly, and calling with messages of impending doom if you don't.
This is literally what a standard phishing email looks like.
The reviews looked good on his own website (Shocker) but then checking on multiple other sites, unfortunately after putting in my info, it revealed what was really going on.
I did not proceed with any purchase as every positive review looks like it was paid for by the owner of the company. Multiple other reviews on other sites, (Look at the Better business Bureau) say the same thing that I'm saying.
DO NOT USE THAT SITE. DO NOT PUT YOUR NUMBER UNLESS YOU ARE LONELY AND NEED SOMEONE TO CALL YOU THAT MUCH.
This guy definitely can't get a real job besides preying on people on the internet.

I wish I could give zero stars
I wish I could give zero stars. Yesterday I googled a few sites for beating a ticket and gave this one my email and phone number. Today i got 4 missed phone calls from an Arizona number. They left no voicemails. I assumed it was another one of those "extended warranty" calls I get so often. When another call from the same number came in i answered it but said nothing and waited for what i thought would be a robot telling me about my warranty🙄... instead i got a belligerent and incredibly rude man who, without me saying anything, without him even saying hello or asking to speak with me said "good job you idiot, we were going to help you beat your ticket but you thought it was a good idea to answer the phone and not speak. Now you're going to lose and pay a lot of money because you are too dumb to get our help" and he immediately hung up without giving me a chance to say a word.
What an unprofessional jerk. That call was harassment plain and simple. I thought it was a robocall and for all he knew my kid answered the phone or there was some other issue on my end. Why would I want to hire them after that?
On top of that I looked in my email and had 2 long, rambling emails from them about how any other option i chose but them was the wrong idea. The only clickable link the emails provide takes you directly to PayPal and asks you to put in your username and password.
THIS IS A HUGE RED FLAG. No legitimate company does this. Only scammers use this tactic to steal passwords and banking info. Any real company would at least ask you to set up a profile with them and select a package option or something. NEVER USE AN EMAIL LIKE TO GO TO PAYPAL OR A SIMILAR SITE, it is 100% a scam.
After this experience all these customer reviews have to be fakes or paid for their good feed back.
It's not possible to have 70% of your reviews 100% and the rest all 0% with nothing in between. The positive ones are all fake and the negative reviews are real.
Edit: less than 24 hours later I received further threats and harassment from them in an email.
"Mr. Williams -
We are now preparing a lawsuit against you for malicious interference in our business.
You would have been wise to have read the terms of service of Trustpilot (and any of the other platforms where persons such as yourself post baseless reviews of companies they did not actually utilize).
They afford you zero legal protection when you violate the law (as you have done, by posting a "review" of a company whose services you did not in fact "use").
Your "review" will be used against you in our filing. Your only legal remedy is to remove the review within 24 (twenty-four) hours.
Good day.

Just a bunch of classless jerks
Just a bunch of classless jerks. They called me back after initial call about 3 days ago. I told them my attorney took care of it and the jerk said, “you mean you lost” and hung up on me. REALLY? Classless jerks. They are so unprofessional and rude! Yeah well guess what? It’s my right to tell the world what kind of people you are going to be dealing with, whether you do business with them or not! These negative reviews are factual.
“This is a valid account of what transpired when I chose NOT to use their services” so, do you want people like this working with you? I don’t. Any decent human would be kind and thank you for considering their company instead of harassing you or being rude, no doubt out of anger, because you didn’t choose them. I DO NOT recommend their service based on my personal experience. I felt the high pressure and rude attitude the first time I spoke to the representative on the phone. I decided I better read reviews. I did. Many had a similar experience to what I am explaining here. Continue with this company at your own risk. This is indeed a true review of my own experience. You don’t have to buy from them to have a bad experience. This proves if you don’t choose them, you most certainly will have a bad experience. Read the other reviews. How many do you need? “It would be wise, for this company to treat all those that inquire of their services, with respect and kindness.” They might have fewer negative reviews.
It took them 3 years to respond to my review and lat me add that I did not use the service but had plenty interaction with these rude and classless people. These guys are useless and just read the reviews and their response to reviews and then you decide. Ridiculous, and not very smart individuals in my opinion.

WE ARE FILING A LAWSUIT AGAINST YOU, WHERE YOU WILL LOSE THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS IN A JUDGEMENT.)

**SCAM** HE CUSSED ME OUT AND THREATENED ME WITH LEGAL ACTION.
2nd Response:
SpeedTicketBeater: "Disliking us or our behavior, is not a review. A review is of no value to you as a reader, if the writer did not use the service. And this "reviewer" did not."
ME: It is unfortunate that you think that way. You seem to have convinced yourself that people won't care that you cursed out a potential customer, then harassed and threatened a potential customer. And it is obviously a pattern of behavior seeing as nearly every other negative review states you acted the same way, like a spoiled 13 year old brat. You may not care...but people spending their money do care. There are plenty of services/lawyers people can contact to get ACTUAL help without being cursed at and threatened. You sir, are a joke of a human being. GET HELP ANYWHERE BUT FROM THIS "GENTLEMAN". Not only will he steal your money, but he will threaten and demean you in the process with lame scare tactics to try and make you believe he can sue you for having an opinion on his childish behavior, calling it "slander". He takes it personally because he knows he is a scam artist. If he wasn't doing anything wrong he wouldn't feel the need to threaten legal action, he would move on and continue his business elsewhere. RUN FAST AND FAR AWAY FROM THIS SCAM!
-----
1st Response to the written reply:
The "positive reviews" are most likely written by you, using countless fake emails. This website does not authenticate anything, all you need is an email address. You are most likely posting these "positive reviews" much like you did with the poorly put together "review" on YouTube...the man in the video on YouTube that claims to be a customer, oddly sounds like the man that cursed me out over the phone. And a number of people in the comments seem to agree.
It's funny how you claim it is absurd, but don't deny any of it happening. You cursed me out, and continuously threatened me. That's not absurd, that's the truth. And every other negative review proclaims the same thing.
If you need help with a ticket, there are plenty of other services or actual lawyers that can help you out. This guy is a joke, steer clear of him and his bigotry.

Original Review:
If I could post “0 stars” I would! He started by calling my phone multiple times a day, which lead me to believe it was a scam, so I did not answer. Finally, I got tired of the calls, and answered. It sounded like a recorded message so I asked “is this a recorded message” to which he replied “obviously this is a real person, that’s why I keep calling”. I then replied saying “a professional company would call once, leave a message, and wait for my reply” he then cursed at me and said “now you’re going to f___ lose” and hung up.
I sent him an email letting him know I was not falling for his scam. The reason I call it a scam is very simple. The very first email I got, without him gathering any information regarding my ticket, had a link that stated “Beat every penny of your ticket for just $279” and the link takes you directly to PayPal. I let him know what he is doing is wrong, he is taking peoples money and claiming to provide services he knows he cannot uphold. Which is why when you try calling the number back, it doesn’t ring, you can only leave a message. That way when you realize you just got screwed out of $279...you can’t get ahold of them.
He then tried to bully and threaten me with legal action via email saying if I posted any negative reviews about him, it would be slander, and said I should “tread lightly”. I guess not only is he a scam artist, but he is also foolish and doesn’t know what slander means.
He then continued to email me and threaten me just like he seems to have done to every other person who posted a negative review. Making statements like “WE HAVE NEVER CLAIMED TO BE ABLE TO BEAT A TICKET WITHOUT COLLECTING ANY INFORMATION.”..actually that is exactly what you did. And then goes on to say “HAD YOU ACTUALLY COMPLETED THAT PHONE CALL, YOU WOULD HAVE HEARD YOUR WHOLE SPEEDING DEFENSE LAID OUT FOR YOU, AND YOU WOULD HAVE UNDERSTOOD HOW YOU'RE GOING TO BEAT YOUR TICKET. INSTEAD, YOU'RE NOW GOING TO LOSE.”...how do you have a defense for me when we haven’t even discussed the terms of my ticket? Now the threat... “IF YOU POST A NEGATIVE REVIEW OF THIS COMPANY, WITHOUT HAVING ACTUALLY USED OUR SERVICES, YOU ARE ATTEMPTING TO MALICIOUSLY INTERFERE WITH OUR BUSINESS, WHICH IS LEGALLY ACTIONABLE. TREAD VERY CAREFULLY.“ I guess he doesn’t realize it is perfectly legal for me to post my negative review of him cursing me out and threatening me..or he thinks I am foolish. He then tells me to “cease and desist” but then ends up sending me ANOTHER email. Telling me I have had “no experiences with the company”...but I guess he forgot cussing me out when I answered his phone call. I’d definitely call that an experience.
Lastly he says “IF YOU ATTEMPT TO SMEAR THIS COMPANY PUBLICLY, IT WILL BE LEGALLY ACTIONABLE. YOU ARE NOW BEING BLOCKED.”
Again, it is perfectly legal for someone to post their terrible experience of you cussing them out. Your scare tactics may work with other people, but seeing as other people have had the same experience with you, I figured I should make sure and let people know I have also had the same experience.
DO NOT be fooled by this lame attempt of a scam. If you feel you really did receive your ticket wrongfully, hire a lawyer. This gentleman (and I say gentleman lightly) clearly dropped out of law school and has a chip on his shoulder. He clearly does not understand law in general. If you send him your money, I’m afraid you are just as foolish as he is.

Unacceptable service,,,
I put the information in the websites however the guy called me the next day after I hired my attorney for my ticket. I answered the call and I explained I already hired an attorney. After that, he cursed me, " you will lose it" and hanged up. He is very rude and I would not considered them if I need a attorney next time.

Some guy talking a mile a minute calls…
Some guy talking a mile a minute calls and starts telling me about my speed and the ticket. I figured it was a place I called, but he didn't say who. He starts in with why they are so great, and why attorneys are no good, etc.. so I asked a question. He said, "you can ask questions when im done, not before!" Oh, Really!? He then starts rambling on about the process, so I said, before we go on, what company are you from? He said, "speedticketbeaters, you called us, you don't know who you call!?" I said, I can ask questions, you sound a bit arrogant! He said, Now Im going to let you lose, CLICK!" and hung up. Arrogant, Rude, and worse thing is Ignorant. AND the guy also told me to disregard all the negative feedback! LOL!
