Do not use this service unless you want to throw $300 out the window on top of your violation. These guys are a scam. They send you an outdated scripted pdf file that no one in their right mind would say in a court to a judge.
If you ask for a refund you will be out of luck.
They will tell you to challenge the certification of the speed gun. They will tell you to try to reschedule or get a zoom meeting to evade the issuing officer.
Absolutely ludicrous. Learn from my mistake or the hard way.
Avoid these scam companies. I'm certain they operate under many names. They are not lawyers.

This person paid for and received documents from us, DID NOT USE THEM IN COURT, and attempted to scam us into refunding them back immediately after receiving the documents by email.
We had no way to get our documents back from them. We cannot refund people who essentially try to steal our documents.
If this person had actually used the documents in court, they would have found (as thousands of customers have before them over the past 20 years), that they work quite well... And this persons ticket would have been dismissed.
But instead they took possession of the documents by email, then immediately demanded a refund (theft attempt), and wrote this baseless review.

The guy is rude and insulting. It was a waste of money.
The guy that calls is rude and scares you to think you need them. Once you are in a situation that is not in their premade paperwork, they leave you hanging or email you back insulting remarks. I even called when I was at court because of the situation but the only number brings you right to a voicemail that says that site owns 4 company's and they will call you back. I got no calls and was on my own in court. I would not recommend.
Update to his response- I think its funny that he can get back to me on a review but not to actually help me. I got the ticket dismissed on my own. Such an arrogant guy. I did everything I was told and got nowhere.

This guy called me and tried to pressure me to pay right on the spot and gave me the wrong information about the options that the court had outlined for me. he tried to convince me that as long as I gave him my debit card information over the phone immediately i'd get a $30 discount. When I said I have to talk to my parents first he got aggressive and hung up on me. Turns out if I take the driving education course like the police officer said, that I'd have the entire ticket dismissed. I called other law firms in the area that told me the exact same thing and that I should just do the online education class to get the ticket waived. I told this guy at speedticketbeaters that I was going this route and he called me incredibly stupid and hung up LOL. what a funny guy, he's probably been open since 2004 but i can tell the desperation in his voice trying to pressure me to pay for his services on the spot, he's probably not doing so well. His customer service is horrible I can tell just from the energy behind his pushy and overbearing tone on the phone that he was a scam. So glad i took the online course.
The following is the e-mail he sent me after finding out I took the course... and yes he did send in all caps lol:

The person that posted this "review" acknowledged that they DID NOT USE OUR SERVICE. Simply calling (or emailing) a company, and not liking them (on the call or email), is NOT USING a service. Why/how? Because if all a person did is called or emailed a company, but didn't use the service, they DON'T know ANYTHING about whether or not the service the company provides, works! Would you know if the food is good at a restaurant, you walked out of before ordering? Would you write a review saying the food is bad, if you DIDN'T eat it? OF COURSE NOT! Wish I could give less than 1 star. Yes I did not use them and that is why they are going to say this is fake. I didn't use them because the guy calls at all times of day and night and is pishy and tries to use scare tactics. And when I told him I was going a different way he said I was stupid and I lost and started cussing me and hung up on me. It's almost like the trash took it's self out!

The agent called very pushy, demanding, forcing the sale! He asked if I had any questions, I asked how do I know if the judge will take the 4 lines and dismiss the case? He replied because google.com reviewed him and placed him at the top #1 spot. What if like most judge's he resumes I'm out $289.00, Not worth it... He said lawyers won't beat speeding tickets! I hold a Commercial Drivers License, and TVC Pro Driver Helped me out in Ohio, so that's Clearly a lie! He offered a 20% discount. 259.00 I pray that he doesn't call me back. I was being nice, I simply told him he doesn't have to be cocky, and ignorant, he became worse he grew in 😠 😡! He then cautioned me, "you just lost your case”. I believe this to be a scam.

Rude aggressive scammer
I sent some emails and phone messages out to these companies that say they get tickets dismissed. The guy left a rude message on my phone saying it was a final notice and I would have already had my ticket beat if I called. But it was only 2 days after I got the ticket. 2 weeks later I still had not decided on a service and this rude guy called. I was confused if he was one of the companies I sent the ticket to. He was so rude and told me I lost since I went with a lawyer and my ticket wouldn’t be dismissed. I was in process of telling him I never paid anyone and was still deciding what service I wanted and was going to inquire more and he just hung up. What a rude scammer. Word of advice let the person you called finish talking and maybe you’d have a better chance of scamming them.
