I left a review on the customer service of this business never saying I went forward with using them. The owner then called me dumb 💀. This shows you the kind of behavior you can expect from this service. Very unprofessional proceed at your own risk. I had to block the number from receiving calls after saying I didn’t want to continue.

THE REVIEW YOU JUST READ HAS BEEN DETERMINED TO BE FAKE AND INVALID.
BASIS FOR DETERMINATION: The "review" was written by a person who did not actually USE the service they "reviewed". We are not saying this person did not call or interact with us by phone or email. What we are saying is that this person did not use the services we provide. Therefore this person is in NO POSITION to post a "REVIEW" of a service they did not actually use. Calling or emailing a company and "not liking them", does not provide any knowledge for a "reviewer" to know if a service actually works, WHEN IT IS USED. Again, this person may have contacted us, but they did not USE the service. So, they CANNOT be taken seriously as a "reviewer" of whether or not our service actually works when used.
FURTHER DETAILS:
Simply calling (or emailing) a company, and not liking them (on the call or email), does not constitute "using" a service.
For example: If you entered a restaurant and immediately walked out, because you did not like the host/hostess at the front desk... You would not be in a position to post a review claiming the "food is bad", because you would not know if the food is bad.
IN SUMMARY:
Speedticketbeaters has been in business since 2004 handling an incredible amount of tickets over the 20 years we've been in business. 20 years is a long time to keep "a scam" going, so obviously it is not "a scam".
It is important that you read reviews, from people that actually USED THE SERVICES they "review". Their "review" you just read is fraudulent because it is written by a person who did not USE the service, and therefore is in no position to accurately review the company.
If you have a speeding ticket, contact us Speedticketbeaters for a FREE consultation. Doing so will likely save you hundreds or thousands of dollars.

Unprofessional and Manipulative Sales Tactics - Avoid Speedticketbeaters.com
Another Response to Speedticketbeaters.com
Your personal attacks and irrelevant comments fail to address factual inaccuracies. Continued false claims and your unprofessional tone justify this review. Cease harassment immediately.
The assertion made by Speedticketbeaters.com that we initiated the call is factually incorrect. Documentation, including phone records, substantiates that the initial contact was made by Speedticketbeaters.com, not by us. This misrepresentation significantly undermines the validity of your entire rebuttal.
The assertions made by Speedticketbeaters.com in their reply are unsubstantiated and misrepresent the nature of the review provided.
First, the determination that the review is "fake and invalid" lacks a factual basis. The reviewer engaged with the services of Speedticketbeaters.com sufficiently to form an opinion about the quality and professionalism of the interactions. Whether the reviewer proceeded to use the full service is irrelevant to the legitimacy of their feedback. The review reflects the reviewer's experience with the company's initial consultation and customer service, which are integral aspects of the overall service offering.
The analogy to a restaurant where one might walk out before eating is inapplicable. In the case of a service provider like Speedticketbeaters.com, a potential client's first point of contact, such as a consultation or communication with a representative, is a critical component of the service experience. If that initial interaction fails to meet expectations, the reviewer has every right to provide feedback based on their experience. The quality of customer service and the manner in which information is communicated are valid and significant aspects of the service being reviewed.
The response from Speedticketbeaters.com further attempts to discredit the reviewer by suggesting that only those who fully utilize the service are qualified to leave a review. This stance is legally and ethically flawed. Consumers have the right to express opinions on any aspect of their experience with a business, whether it involves the full service or just the initial engagement. Dismissing the review as "fraudulent" without evidence that the reviewer intentionally provided false information is not only incorrect but also a potential violation of consumer protection rights.
Moreover, Speedticketbeaters.com's reliance on their longevity in the business as a defense against criticism is insufficient. The duration of time a company has been in operation does not inherently guarantee the quality of service or negate the validity of customer feedback. Each review should be considered on its own merits, and attempting to undermine a review based on the reviewer's decision not to proceed with the service reflects poorly on the company.
Finally, the suggestion that this review is an attempt to undermine Speedticketbeaters.com without legitimate cause is speculative and unfounded. The reviewer provided their honest perspective, and as such, their feedback should be respected and addressed constructively rather than dismissed out of hand.
In conclusion, the review in question is a valid expression of the reviewer's experience with the initial stages of Speedticketbeaters.com's service. Any attempt to label this review as "fake" or "fraudulent" is not supported by the facts and may infringe upon the reviewer's rights to freely express their opinions based on their personal experiences.
Concerning the erroneous assertions in his response: I categorically deny any allegation of impersonation. We engaged in a conversation with him at 4:01 PM on August 21, 2024, via the telephone number from which he initiated the call, 602.235.0624. His current statements misrepresent the events that transpired during that interaction.
I want to share my troubling experience with Speedticketbeaters.com after a single conversation with their representative. I reached out for help with a simple moving violation, but the individual I spoke with was anything but professional.
During our brief interaction, he was aggressive, using fear to try to push me into purchasing their services immediately. He repeatedly insisted that if I didn't act right then and there, I would lose my case, creating a sense of urgency that felt manipulative and unnecessary. His demeanor was rude and insulting, leaving me feeling extremely uncomfortable.
Given how he conducted himself during this one conversation, I can't imagine how stressful it would be to work with him further. No one should have to deal with such unprofessional behavior, and I strongly advise against using Speedticketbeaters.com

If you are going around posting reviews of restaurants, when you did not actually eat the food... Or of services you did not actually use (like this person is doing)... In our view, there is something wrong with you. We believe most logical people do not go around posting reviews of services they did not actually buy and use. Unfortunately, this person does do that.
Another example that is specific to the man that wrote this so called "review":
The man that wrote this "review" happens to be a mortgage broker. This was revealed in his contact info, and research we did about him. In the first minute of our call with him, we felt he was arrogant, dismissive, and generally unlikeable. Does any of that mean he does not provide legitimate mortgages. NO, it does not. Does it mean his mortgage business itself is a "scam". NO, it does not. What it means is that we didn't like him "personally". But we are not in any legitimate position to know about or comment/and review HIS WORK. But because this person (in our view) is irrational he chose to write this ridiculous "review" of our work, when in truth he DOES NOT KNOW anything about the effectiveness of our work... Because he did not buy or use the services we sell.
IN SUMMARY:
The "reviewer" has NO idea whether or not the service works, because the reviewer did not USE the service. The reviewer simply contacted the company and did not like who they spoke with. That does NOT tell the reviewer anything about whether or not the service works, when it is actually used by a customer.

ALWAYS keep in mind, that speeding tickets come with large auto insurance increases and court administrative fees. They are never "just $155". The total "all in" cost to a person after being found guilty of speeding is normally over $1000. Beating a ticket always saves a person much more money than we charge to do so.

Update
I used their defense and lost. The information they sold me was rejected by the Judge. They gave no explanation as to why their defense failed. They just offered to refund 1/3 of my money. They stipulated that I would be banned from posting any reviews. So much for their money back guarantee. I clearly made a mistake trusting this company. This is not a fake review.

THIS REVIEW IS IN FACT FALSE. READ ON, TO LEARN WHY AND HOW...
Our customers are required to follow our plans instructions - to the full and complete end of their case. This person failed to follow the instructions properly which caused them to lose. This person's failure to follow instructions compromised the case. This person's own inability to follow our instructions from inception, made the case nearly impossible to win on appeal.
As a courtesy we offered this person a partial refund, in spite of the fact that this person was not eligible for any refund at all (since their own failure to follow instructions had caused their loss).
Instead of accepting the refund we offered - this person chose to post this wildly misleading review. A "review" that failed to mention that this person caused their own loss in the case, by not following instructions.
If you have a speeding ticket, contact us. We have been in business since 2004. It is no accident that we have been in business for so long, as we are exceptionally good at what we do.

Disrespectful and unprofessional
Be aware of these scammers! I called and emailed several companies looking for help with a Speeding violation so when I got a call from this business, the person on the other line was completely off. He didn’t let me speak. He tried to dominate the conversation and was just saying negative things. He sounded very unprofessional. After hanging up on him for being rude he emailed me more negative things, similar to what a child would do when they don’t get their way. Their staff is so terrible that I didn’t have to get their service in order for me to see what a garbage company this was. I’m glad that I dodged that bullet. There’s a reason why this company has so many bad reviews. Don’t just read this one, read all of them and you’ll see that the majority are negative. Please stay away from this company. It hurt me that in order to give a review I had to give one star which was way too much for this company.

THIS REVIEW HAS BEEN IDENTIFIED AS FAKE: The reviewer did NOT actually use the service.
Simply calling (or emailing) a company, and not liking them (on the call or email), is NOT USING a service.
If all a person did is called or emailed a company, but didn't use the service, they DON'T know ANYTHING about whether the service works!
Would you know if the food is good at a restaurant, if you walked out of the restaurant before eating? NO, you would not!
Would you write a review saying the food is bad, if you DIDN'T eat it? NO, you would not! And if you do write reviews of restaurants you didn't eat at, and services you didn't use (like this guy just did), there's something very wrong with you, and you should see a psychiatrist.
Our company has been in business since 2004. That's a long time to keep "a scam" going (so, we must NOT BE "a scam")!
We may be the most sarcastic and intense customer service team on earth. But that doesn't mean we're not good. We are the best at what matters... And that is BEATING your ticket!
Read reviews, from people that ACTUALLY USED the services they "review".
The person who wrote the above fake review, DID NOT USE OUR SERVICE, and knows NOTHING about our services effectiveness WHEN IT IS USED.
Their "review" is completely BASELESS.

Don’t use SpeedTrafficBeaters under any circumstances
The service offered is useless in any traffic court. They send you pages of information that you are supposed to use without acknowledging in any court where this information came from. They will tell you to delay as long and as often as possible, your court date. Opt only for a jury trial. Seek a road condition survey from the States Department of Transport. Cross examine the police officer as to the method use to ascertain the speed you were doing. In court to say only what they have written, verbatim from memory only. Nothing they suggest will be unique to your situation. Take my advice stay away from these marketing scams.

THIS REVIEW HAS BEEN IDENTIFIED AS FAKE: The reviewer did NOT actually use the service in court.
Instead they took in a complete custom prepped defense we provided for their case, and decided (before ever appearing in court) that it would not work.
Then they demanded a refund and posted this baseless "review".
ANSWER: If all a person did was receive long form defense documents, but refused to use them, how would they know if they "work" in court? The answer is they would NOT know! And that is precisely what this person did!
Would you know if the food is good at a restaurant, if you walked out of the restaurant before eating? NO, you would not!
