I had received the wrong merchandise, gave a quick call, and my return label (was received instantly via email) and correct purchase was received in just a few days. No hassle, no problems. A very good experience AND high quality merchandise. I was very impressed.
Disappointed
I ordered some Haas F1 gear on 8/11 for my son's birthday on 8/29. My credit card was charged on 8/11. It's 8/22, and I haven't heard a word about the status of my order. I sent and e-mail and called and have been told the order is processed and waiting to be shipped. I'm hoping I get it by 8/29! I would have canceled the order if it was for myself, but since my son wants the items, I will stick it out and give it to him whenever it arrives I guess.

I ordered a team shirt for a birthday gift at the last minute. The item was delivered in time despite how late I placed the order and the item was exactly as I expected. Unfortunately, I had to return it because the recipient already had an identical one but I had no problems with my return. The service was superb.

Brought one hat it ran ink on a hot day you replaced the hat and it ran too so what do i do now ask for a replacement refund or different product

I ordered a Hot Pink hoodie/sweater and instead received a purple hoodie. On the packing slip it clearly says pink and for some reason some idiot sent the wrong shipment. I paid extra for the shipping and this is what I get. The quality is not that great nor the silk screen. Over all not happy with the purchase.
