Site is a lot better. Still a little slow but runs well. On the die cast cars you need to make it clearer that on some you get the option of size (1/43 1/18) before clicking on it. At first I thought a model I wanted was not available but I clicked on the minichamps priced for the 1/43 version and then it gave the option to purchase the 1/18 version. You almost lost a sale because of that.

Would of liked to be informed about having to wait for an item. I kept thinking something was wrong with my order because they hadnt taken the money out of my account. Other than that everything was great, really like the quality of my merchandise.

We liked the classic Honda hat that was out of stock and waited for it to come back. They were accurate in in stock timing. But there are a few technical glitches to watch for.But I telephoned customer service and they addressed it immediately. Great Job!

First & last time I order from speed gear, it's a cool website & the item I bought is high quality & really cool, but the shipping was horrible, first they used fedex post, who ended up losing my package after I waited 1 week. After contacting fedex they said the would look into it, so I ended up contacting speed gear & the person who helped me out was nice enough to send a replacement for the lost item, so I had to wait another week, overall it was all great except for shipping.
