Placed the order online. After one week without any shipment notification and not being able to track the status online, I called and they could not tell me what happened to the order! After a lot of struggle, they finally shipped, but once again, no notification or tracking information. Not professional or well structured.

I have always enjoyed shopping at Speedgear. They have always filled my orders promptly and I have never had a problem with faulty merchandise or not getting something I ordered, or getting something I didn't order instead of what I actually ordered. Well I ordered it on a Friday and chose free shipping (I think it says something like it would take 6-12 days) over premium shipping. It arrived the following Monday! That's right - I ordered it on Friday and it arrived on Monday with the free (presumably slow) shipping. Also, it was significantly less expensive had I ordered it through Mercedes F1 store. Thank you Speedgear!!
