Exceptional service, both phone and customer sercvice!
We’ve been using SpectrumVoIP for both our phone and fax services, and the performance has been exceptional across the board. Crystal-clear call quality, reliable faxing, and zero hassle. My sales rep, Reagan Cooper, was excellent with helping us get set up and the customer service has been outstanding! Reagan was attentive, prompt, and made sure our setup and ongoing needs were completely taken care of. Highly recommend SpectrumVoIP to any business looking for dependable communications!

FAX Issue
SpectrumVoIP was able to fix the issues we were having with our fax, including sending and receiving faxes. Our technician, Ola, was absolutely amazing. She walked us through the entire process, explained what the actual problem was, and made sure we understood each step along the way. I was also very impressed by how kind, patient, and professional the technicians at SpectrumVoIP are. They were courteous throughout the entire experience, making it easy to work together while resolving the issue. I highly recommend Ola to anyone who needs technical support. She provided outstanding customer service and made what could have been a frustrating experience quick, easy, and stress-free. Thank you, Ola, for your excellent help!
