UPDATED REVIEW- From 1 Star to 3 Star
I wish I had read Trust Pilot reviews. I used ATT for many years, I thought it was slow because of 50 MBPS and Spectrum was supposedly faster. Now the speed doesn't seem to matter much when it comes to downloads or streaming. Since I have had Spectrum there has been several outages, out of the blue when I needed them. My WIFI is terrible, I have to not use it for my phone and depend completely on my Verizon phone service. UPDATE; AFTER 3 MONTHS OF HORRIBLE SERVICE. I called and had technician come and check out my system. The young man was very thorough in checking every component, and connections out. Seem that when they installed the router, they had used a faulty connector. For all this time I had not been receiving service like I should of. Much improved. Don't have any compliant except they should refund me the months I paid for service up until then.
