SpectaclemReviews of spectaclem.com

It took months for my items to come. When They got here they were cheaply made, oversized, thin material and did not do what was intended. I tried to get my money back but they wouldn't refund my money ey. They told me to keep the items and gift them.to a friend. I was outraged!!!!!!

Never received purchased product, 6 months later I'm still trying to get my refund. They tried to make me liable for cost of shipping and product loss even when I had purchased their freight insurance. Total scam.

The company is a SCAM, please read all the reviews b4 placing any order. YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR ORDER. This ships out Slovania according to the tracking number. It has been sitting in Slovania customs for 3 weeks. There is no customer support at the email address. Just a generic message stating your package is in transit. Do not buy from them!!!! Unless you like losing money.

Customer Service does not exist only a chat text - no number to call. After 30 min of placing my order I decided to cancel (for 3days) before the order was fulfilled - no one ever responded. After receiving the bra it did cover the areas I wanted (under arm sides and upper back but the material is so stretchy it doesn’t hold. I will not return as I’m afraid I won’t get a refund. I will not make another purchase. I should have read the reviews first and I didn’t.

I ordered an item in December 2023. Item never arrived even though it appears to have been “delivered” on January 17, 2024. When I reported the item as not being received, they stated it was delivered. That’s it… no support beyond this. They have proven themselves to be a rip off company with no morals. Their chat and email “specialists” cannot reply beyond stating that the tracking info is correct even though I never received it. They refuse to contact their shipper, China Post to investigate its whereabouts.

I ordered merchandise in mid December and never received my order. I contacted the company and they told me that the Post Office returned the order due to insufficient address. My address was correct. They told me for a small shipping fee they would resend the order. I told them I would not pay for shipping since I never received my original order and that I wanted a refund. It has been two weeks going back and forth through emails and they refuse to refund my money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

BUYER BEWARE. They advertise no hassle returns but 4 emails later and no response. Plus their merchandise is garbage. This business is 100% a scam

Horrible and a scam! Had proof from the post office and the company refused to do anything. I wouldn't trust a good review about the company or products.
