Don’t buy from this shop scam artist DO NOT SEND THEM ANY MONEY OR ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM

I ordered a body suit from them and it never got delivered. Spectaclem said that it had been delivered to the Spanish post office but because it hadn´t been collected, it had been returned. The tracking number showed as non-existent when I entered it into the Spanish postal web page. I even went to the Post Office in person and asked, but they said there was no record of such a tracking number. I wrote several emails to the company asking for either a refund or for the item to be resent. They told me that because the item wasn´t going to be returned to the original sender´s destination, that I would have to pay towards part of the cost of the "lost" item. I told them that this was an illegal practise and it was not my fault that the item hadn´t been collected and it wasn´t my fault that the item wouldn´t be returned to the sender´s address. But it was that or nothing. So I wasted nearly 2 months of my time and lost 50% of what I paid. They are a dispicable company with absolutely no Customer Service skills who do not trade fairly. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

This company should not be allowed to do business. I ordered a sweatshirt that looked nothing like the picture. It said eligible for refund before I ordered. When I asked for a refund on an item I paid $37 and change for, they told me the best they could do was $3. When I told them that was a joke and I write a bad review they offered $5. How are they allowed to stay in business? I will report them for what good it will do.

I ordered over 4 months ago and I still haven’t received my package, no one to talk to… please listen to these reviews, do not order from this company

SCAM!!!! I just read the reviews after the fact and I got the same run around as the others. Never again. They said my package was delivered, but not to me. Bought that lesson. They don't deserve that 1 star, wish it could have been a way to give a negative -0 for this bogus company. So disappointed and pissed!!!

I placed an order but never received my merchandise and when I attempted to contact them there was no contact information listed except a bad email address.

Scam! Beware! Not true to size AT ALL! Trash. The quality is deficient. Some crap from overseas. Highly likely I will not be able to return. It's on your own dime for return. Virtually no customer service. I knew that 5 minutes after I ordered when I read a review on this very site. Shoulda did the research first. Good luck out there!

I just received the overly priced bras and I try on the black one only to find that I waited All these weeks and It Doesn't fit nor support myself this is False Advertising A Whole Propaganda which it a lie. I want My refund.
