I had the most incredible customer service experience with Specs Collective and would not hesitate to shop with them again or recommend family & friends! They offered me multiple options to customize my glasses to get them just the way I wanted. Shipping was delayed due to Covid-19 but they communicated with me throughout the entire experience. I wish I had known about them sooner! Will definitely be shopping with them again.

I’m 75 and have been wearing glasses since I was 5. This is the first time I’ve ordered glasses online. This required an enormous leap of faith. Would the size be right? How about the color? Would I look like a goof? Would the prescription be correct? Everything that would normally be answered by a visit to my neighborhood eyeglass store would have to wait until the finished product showed up in the mail.
