I placed my order on January 6 2024 and it said 15-20 days for delivery. After 2 weeks I emailed them 3 times regarding tracking information and finally got a response with the tracking number. I followed the process for 3 weeks and finally the tracking said delivered at mailbox in Washington state, I live in Alabama. Total crap I checked my mailing and billing address and it’s correct so how does an item end up all the way across the country. It’s only $70 bucks but $70 bucks I could have spent and received something in return instead of having to deal with my bank trying to get my monies back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I odered a red dot sight, the $85 pistol dot sight. I received a non functioning unit. After some back and forth emails and sending a short video of it not working they sent me a replacement. Tricky thing with shipping from this company is that they use a false return address. It was an address in my country which it shipped straight from china. I had a note in my mailbox that in order to get it I had to go to the post office to pay for the shipping to get it released. I did that, and received it, twice. I have had it to the range once and will need to re attempt going with the tool to adjust it to zero. It stayed put and worked with 30 cal fire. I think these products are good, and I want to oder an acog from them. I am a little hesitant with the delivery times of others and the overall quality but for the price it still is appealing.

I order a spitfire hd 5x on 5 of november they are really fast to take the money but still haven't receive anything. Nothing happening whit the tracking that they give you except fit the money taking part and wrote to them 3 times and no answer. For what i see in here they are either a very bad store or they are fraud. But Will Nevers do business whit them again thats for sure.

I ordered a scope on 11/3/23 with the expedited shipping still have not received my package or any responses to my emails and messages. I have ordered many item with them and always a pleasant experience. This time to not even respond or give updates is ridiculous. Package should have arrived within 7-12 days as guaranteed by them.

AMAZING product. I bought a replica Vortex Razor HD Gen 2 E, the product itself is of outstanding quality, both the packaging and the scope itself was extremely similar to the real one, glass clarity being great (although I do not have a reference to what is good glass clarity as I have never owned an LPVO like this one). One thing I really appreciated was that it came with a throw lever and a lens protector (or killflash) which blended in perfectly with the scope itself (I do not believe they mentioned they would come with the product in the store's page, but don't quote me on this one). I am overall extremely satisfied of my purchase. For delivery, the estimated delivery time was within 15 to 35 days, it arrived on time in 27 days. Considering I live in central Europe I don't consider it to be bad whatsoever.

I ordered 150 dollars metal MAWL and my country’s customs officer returned the item. In 2023/08/28 my package reached to Netherlands customs. I contacted with customer service about my package and I told that I would like return my package and get my payment back. In first time, they said they will be returning my payment once they get the item. But after I said ‘its almost been 2 months after it’s reached to your country, how can you be sure that item will return to your facility if you don’t do anything about it’, they did not return my mails. Today’s date is 2023/10/19 and I still waiting my money. In short, I payed 150 dollars for an item that I did not received and a customer service is unwilling to help me. We have an airsoft team that have more than 20 members and we wont be shopping in that site again if this problem won’t be fixed.
