Ordered a magnifier, it arrived promptly and on time, but was absolutely garbage. Paid extra for one of the better models and the inside of the lenses had smudges and smears. The adjustment to zero on the retical was also tight to the point where you can't zero it to the red dot. Would not recommend spec precision or your customer service as I been trying to get it replaced for nearly a year

I would stay away from this company. I’ve had nothing but problems for one. I ordered Kiji K1 ir light for $95 I get it. It’s a replica but the fact that they sent me a regular 200 lum light is not the same thing. Everybody knows an IR light is invisible to the eye. You can only see it with night vision then when they said they were gonna send me a refund they try to have me send it to another customer and have me pay for the shipping. What kind of professionalism is that? And the fact they are releasing customers personal information. Worst experience ever! I have disputed with my credit card company, but the fact that I had to go through all this is ridiculous!

Tried to return the RMR HD as the reticle wasn’t straight and the website said no hassle returns. I would have happily swapped it for another, but I received some very confusing and contradictory emails. Then nothing at all! I will not be using or recommending this company again.

It was overall a terrible experiences. They had in stock on there website and I went through the process that was fairly simple. The all the problems happened I get an email that all a sudden the item I wanted is out of stock after waiting multiple weeks. Then I said I would wait after multiple day they magically came back in stock then I had to pay another fee for customs which was as never told about. Then I finally got the package months later even though I paid for the fast shipping. AND IT WAS JUST A MOUNT NO OPTIC. So I tried getting them to send me a new one and they didn’t. I still haven’t seen my refund or anything. So disappointed

Völliger Müll was die Verkaufen, die Qualität ist zum extrem schlecht!! - die Fotos auf deren HP sind 100% Fake!! Die Optik die ich gekauft habe, total verschwommen, egal auf welche Distanz, das Rotpunkt konnte man nicht in Höhe weiter verstellen- also unbrauchbar. Dann haben Sie einfach eine Optik nicht gesendet, mich 2 Monate warten lassen und dann einfach geschrieben, wir haben soviele Pakete keine Zeit um deines zu versenden- ok. die Kohle habens zum. zurücküberwiesen- aber für die kaputte Optik und das Reddot haben sie mir nur Euro 60,-- zurücküberwiesen. Klar hab ich ja gesagt, soll ich das nach China senden mit 79,- -Porto?? Diskutieren nur rum mit einem und haben keine Lösung obwohl ich Ihnen Vid und Fotos gesendet habe. Das Thermal auch völliger Schrott für 515,-- Euro, kann man nicht (ist aber so angepriesen worden auf deren HP) als Vorsatzgerät verwenden.. Hände weg von diesem SHOP!!!
