My order was shipped within a couple days and arrived in around 1 week to the UK. Upon opening the package I realised there were screws missing but given this was a brand new release (AEMS mount), it was simply the case that the factory missed including them. I contacted Specprecision on whatsapp and they responded within the hour. After a bit of back and forth, they confirmed that the screws were missed out and are arranging delivery of them to me. So, overall I would say my experience with them was good!

Great experience! I would have given two additional stars, but the shipment was slow. All that said, the product was exactly as advertised.
