In my experience with ordering from Specprecision, customer service was absolutely fantastic on so many levels. I had ordered one of their products and accidently duplicated my order. Within 24 hours after notifying and chatting with a representative in their customer servers, the problem had been resolved. They had assisted me to a great extent, correcting my order, refunding me the error, and proved to be very responsive with care. Not to mention the quality of the product that came was in pristine condition, packed carefully and thoughtfully which arrived at my door without a scratch. I will definitely consider ordering from Specprecision again should the need arise.
