Purchased the Cable Caster and it has been invaluable to us. It doesn't go the 50' distance that it claims it will with the fish line attached, but that really isn't a problem for us with our suspended ceilings. It was still worth the purchase.

I have made two large orders from Specialized in recent weeks and I had to alter one of the orders due to a need to order backordered items elsewhere due to time constraints imposed by a customer need. The customer service representative with Specialized was extremely understanding and was able to alter the quantities that were backordered so that I could source them elsewhere. Not only that she was able to get me a revised invoice within the next day so I could submit it with my expense report so I could be reimbursed by my organization. I highly recommend Specialized for all your tool and cabling needs.
