My very first order was an OTDR launch cable. It was DOA. I emailed customer service for a replacement but no response. When I called I got hassled on the phone about cross-shipping the replacement. Got hassled about overnight shipment of the replacement. Got hassled about testing the replacement before it went out the reseller's door...they didn't want to test it to make sure this one worked. The launch cable was supposed to be 150 meters but it is only around 117 meters. Not cool.
