Very fast and courteous service. When I created my online account I inadvertently misspelled my email address. The salesrep called me at the contact phone immediately to inform me that they were unable to send my confirmation email. She was able to correct the spelling but for this order only, she said that she couldn't access the database to make the permanent change. I went online and the user can edit/change any part of the account profile EXCEPT the email address. I guess if I reorder from Specialized Products I'll have to create a new profile or go through these extra steps again. Seems kind of silly.

I have been ordering products from SPC for my telecom training room for years. Until now I have had no problems. I ordered a pretty expensive Fiber OLTS with some accessories and the ST adapter does not fit ST connectors. I called and they wanted me to ship back the bad part before sending a replacement. I almost returned the test set, but SPC agreed to ship me the replacement part first and then I would return the bad part. The replacement part (ST adapter) does not fit ST connectors either. I wonder where they are getting their adapters and if anyone is doing "Quality Control"? I will be contacting them next week about this issue and am very disappointed. I don't have additional time to devote to this situation.
