Very good customer service!
I ordered online and then I had a tech request another item after I had already completed my payment. I then called to add the items and it was taken care of right away. We received our items very quickly also.

Does not know how to cancel an order.
Had cancelled an order and re ordered at a later time and they ended up shipping both orders anyways.

Excellent Service
Excellent service and communication every step of the way . Shipping costs calculated quickly and emails regarding shipment including tracking number and whereabouts were great . This seems to be a very reputable company and without reservation i would deal with again . Thanks Darrell

To early to tell
Purchasing item anyone can do that! Let's see what happens with item purchased we never know could be a defective item and my issues may start hoping that don't happen but if it does that's when really you guys have to concentrate on real customer service! Going trough web site it's nothing. So I'll be testing you with my purchase So be ready. I'll be watching you! 6k item! We'll talk no I hope not!

My 1st Go-To for Engineering Lab supplies
A recent order had one item picked wrong in the warehouse (come on, it can happen at any high-volume supply house). Specialized Customer Service sent the correct item immediately... Overnight yet. No sir, please keep the other can, no need to return it to us. That's classy. Specialized has always had the best, or at least competitive, pricing on low-quantities that a Hardware Engineering Lab needs.

Will recommend!
Was looking for a specialized tool, they had it, shipped it fast, no issues. I was greatly impressed on how they kept me updated on shipping. I would certainly use this company again for more of their products and great service!!! And pricing was reasonable and competitive!
