I was told that my delivery was sent to wrong address. So I had to wait for it to be resent and as of yet I have not received it. When sending so many copies of the receipt I should have gotten a tracking number from the beginning and NOT have to request it. I had sent an email and it was not responded to so I had to go the Chat room experience to get my tracking number ….This needs to be greatly improved !

Would definitely do business with Specialized Products again. Their prices for the tool set that I was shopping around for beat the competition. Additionally, when I placed my order, I received a follow-up email notifying me that the item that I had ordered was out of stock. What I appreciated the most is that they offered a less expensive alternative that was available to ship immediately. From my experience Specialized Products is doing a great job taking care of their customers. Thanks again.
