SpecfictionshopReviews of specfictionshop.com

Spec is the best premium statue shop in the hobby. They always have the best selection of newly released statues and hard-to-find pieces. Their prices are always fair - often below the larger retailers. They are honest, upfront, and really know the business. But the thing that really sets Spec apart is their incredible customer service. They go above and beyond to ensure that you are happy and satisfied. They do everything possible to ensure that your order is fulfilled and shipped without incident. In the rare case that an issue might arise with your order, they fix it immediately. I have ordered several high-end statues from Spec and they always come through. In a world-wide hobby where logistics can be a nightmare, Spec has the connections and acumen to make it worry-free. I highly recommend this business. Buy from them with confidence.

Outstanding customer service and products. Excellent communication. I have multiple items pre-ordered and Todd and company are always amazing throughout the process. I highly recommend and will continue to do business with them in the future.

I’ve been buying many statues (at least 20 statues) from SpecFiction and I’ve always had great shopping experiences with this store. The customer service is the best and they go way and beyond to make sure I’m satisfied with my purchases. I highly recommend this store to everyone for all your statue shopping needs.

Received my TMNT statue quickly and in perfect condition. Super helpful and friendly customer service. Would definitely recommend. I've shopped with Speculative Fiction numerous times and I've never been disappointed.

I've been a customer of Specfictionshop for almost five years now and I keep returning. The owner has made it his personal mission to care for his customers. I've always had great experiences with my purchases and the few issues I've had have always been promptly resolved. I would absolutely recommend Specfictionshop!

Todd at Spec is awesome. He has personally helped me find multiple long sold out statues and offers great prices.

Had a great recent experience, I was trying to place an order but had issues applying my points correctly. I reached out using the website chat and promptly got a reply. Todd helped get my issue resolved within minutes and my order placed. It was in low stock so I was super appreciative of the speed of his support so I could snag a statue I really wanted!

Specfiction has come through for me throughout the years of my collecting journey every single time. The customer service is phenomenal. Even with unforeseen delays, I’ve always had great service and communication throughout the whole process. I’ve also received great aftercare service when something arrived broken. The owner Todd Johnson is the best and extremely kind. Will always recommend people to buy from Specfiction. Never had a bad experience with them
