The entire process from booking a consultation to speaking with a clinician to getting a prescription was smooth and easy. My first experience with them was last year. I was diagnosed with COVID, sought consult and was able to get the HCQ treatment pack (which arrived quickly via shipment) and recovered quickly! It was 1/2 the cost for a consult & prescription thru their site than a regular office visit and pharmacy cost. I recommend this consult site frequently to others.

I've not used the service, and don't intend to. Had my bout with covid over the winter, and it was a dreadful experience of nearly 6 weeks. But, I saw and was treated by legitimate doctors. Not insurrectionists like Simone Gold or people who believe that gynecological disorders are caused by demons having sex like Stella Immanuel. This is the medical equivalent of Trump University. You ever hear the old adage "if it's too good to be true, it usually is?" Applies here, big time. Personally, I don't feel sorry for any of you who wasted your time and money on this scam.

Terrible and unethical service. I booked a consult on a Friday morning and did not hear back from a doctor until Monday afternoon. At that point, I was feeling much better so I decided not to proceed with the consult, figuring that I wouldn’t be charged for a service that was never rendered. However, not only was I charged for a consult, I began getting calls from a pharmacy saying that they had my prescription ready and to call for pick up. Since I had never spoken with a doctor, I had no idea what had been prescribed for me. It’s highly unethical to prescribe medication without speaking with the patient, not to mention illegal. I sent multiple emails requesting a refund for the consult and received no response. I finally called the customer service line and was kept on hold for 45 minutes, before being told that they would not issue a refund. Finally, after demanding my money back, a refund was issued. Overall, a very sketchy and poor service!

I was told by the MD I would receive 1 prescription but received a different one. I had no response to multiple communication attempts to straighten this out including emails. Essentially there is no phone customer service even though there is a number. Just sends you back to the website. No person to talk with. I have to pay for another consult to straighten this out. I won’t use this service again.

I have used this site once and my husband has once and noone calles us back either time but they charged us for the consultation. Do not waste your time or money.

Paid $90 to talk to a Doctor for 5 minutes. Asked for the prescription to be sent to me so I could shop it around locally. Prescription was sent to their Pharmacy who wanted three times what I could get locally. Asked for the prescription to be emailed to me and was denied.

I found this service to be great in getting prescribed necessary medication to have on hand in the event I catch covid. I'm been exposed to my son who was hospitalized with covid. There was a days delay in pharmacy filling my order but all in all, happy to have medications on hand should I need them. The process from requesting appointment to receiving medication took 4 days. As someone else stated, glad these doctors are not being "politically correct" and are truly doctors for We The People. Sidenote: To all those complaining about this physician's service using Ravkoo pharmacy, I questionned them as well. I wanted to use my local pharmacy but in some states, pharmacists are refusing to fill prescriptions for HCQ so they have to go with a pharmacy that will fill it. In my case, it was a Virginia pharmacy 3 hours away from my home. I would give these doctors praise instead of negative comments since they are working against bureaucrats who do not want this life saving medication in the public. Even though pharmacy took an extra day to fill and send RX, I'm thankful for these doctors.
