Paid $90 to talk to a Doctor for 5 minutes. Asked for the prescription to be sent to me so I could shop it around locally. Prescription was sent to their Pharmacy who wanted three times what I could get locally. Asked for the prescription to be emailed to me and was denied.

They charged me $90, but their website special is $59.95. I can deal with that. Took 24 hrs to get a call which is ok. The doc on call was thorough with explanations, etc. The pharmacy they use is terrible. They took 3 days after my phone consult to text me that my prescription is ready and to give them a call. You are supposed to call the pharmacy if you haven't heard back from them within 24 hrs. Oh hahaha. It's been 6 days since my consult and the pharmacy is unreachable. Many phone calls on hold and finally had to hang up each time, 3 emails-NO prescription. I called speakwithanmd, and their automated system transferred me to the same on hold music for the pharmacy. I blame speakwithmd for all this frustraton because they use this pharmacy. I could be dead by the time I get my prescription. I can't speak to anyone live to get help. I've been on hold for an hour as I type this. Sick of it.
