If you would like it added, please e-mail [email protected] and let us know if you want the "mandatory" bill code prompt or the "optional" prompt. We pride ourselves in having the latest domestic and international conferencing bridges on the market, including Dolby Voice noise reduction, so you should not be experiencing any audio problems whatsoever (FYI- you can mute yourself and/or attendees if there is background noise by participants). If you have any issue DURING a call, you can press *0 (group) or 00 (private) to speak with a live operator to troubleshoot.
