why do i alwyas get 2 srp for readind chapters like dont get me started one book was actually good some of them are just impossible to read then i have ppl in my class saying easy hw i did it in 20min IT TAKES ME AN HOUR LIKE BRO EVEN MYY ENGLISH TEACHER HATES IT

I'll admit, the idea of a website such as like this is a brilliant idea that makes children discover books and reading and all the joys of that. How could this go wrong? Well, for children that do enjoy reading, this is an ABSOLUTE disgrace. As a teen that genuinely picks up books to read from time to time, forcing me to complete homework like this sucks the joy just like a sponge. I really used to enjoy reading but now I have shell shock bloody flashbacks whenever I read a text. I'd rather be working in the mines at gun point for the rest of my like than try scanning the neon text with my poor eyes. Me and the rest of my peers have cried over this homework, this torment, this terrifying tragic slop of a site. So far from my experience, I have learnt absolutely nothing. The books they reccomend to me are garbage. If you're going to force me to read for approx 2 hours then can I atleast choose a book that isn't from some petrifying ai selection. having gold reader as a reward is so stupid. Genuinley. Gold reader should be the standard for the site otherwise doing homework is dreadful. It's almost like you made this website just to make the youth suffer. Well, you've done what you wanted. I hope you're happy with yourselves.

Ultimate ragebait. I picked what type of stories I wish to read how does non-fiction mean I’ll get stories called “kacey the sparkly unicorn.” The limit on everything is insane, I’m sorry that I dont want to read a story with no plot but I can’t change it because I’ve used up all my not for me option things??

It really annoys me with the questions because in the exam you dont have to memorise everying on the paper you can look back and see the answer in the text but with this it is just HELL. I hate it so much i wish i could give it a zero stars

The books are bad and the questions don’t make any sense. They ask me things that I don’t know and aren’t relevant to the book, makes me very sad.

I wrote a proper review but didn't understand how this website works so ill shorten it. Basically my school replaced a perfectly fine system with this crap and now I have this headache. Half pointless and half annoying fully bs (And if any teachers see this it defeats the point of a school library and it genuinely takes longer than detention)
