🔥 “Caso en revisión pública: resultados cumplidos y esperando verificación del soporte”
Quiero compartir mi experiencia actual con Spartora de forma objetiva y transparente, ya que sé que muchos traders están atentos a los procesos reales dentro de la plataforma.
He completado hasta ahora 6 días operados (1 día negativo y 5 días positivos), cumpliendo las reglas establecidas. Sin embargo, en mi panel solo aparece registrado 1 día, y adicionalmente se muestra la regla de consistencia como rota, algo que no coincide con mis resultados reales.
Ya he contactado al equipo de soporte solicitando una revisión y verificación del caso, pero hasta el momento no he recibido una respuesta puntual ni una solución clara.
Entiendo que pueden existir procesos internos de validación, pero considero importante mantener una comunicación transparente y tiempos de respuesta adecuados, especialmente cuando se trata de solicitudes relacionadas con retiros.
Publico esta experiencia con la intención de mantener informada a la comunidad y actualizaré este comentario tan pronto reciba respuesta oficial o se resuelva la situación.

Tu caso ya está siendo revisado para verificar los días operados y el cálculo de la regla de consistencia. Si existe alguna discrepancia, será corregida.
Coincidimos en que la comunicación clara es especialmente importante cuando se trata de procesos relacionados con retiros, y agradecemos tu paciencia mientras se realiza la revisión.

No recomiendo esta compania.
Compre una cuenta de fondeo y la pase, luego para ser el pago de la activacion de 75$ el sistema no me dejo de ninguna forma, intente todas las soluciones que me dijeron y nada.
Luego un señor llamado Matt que es como un supervisor de la compania basicamente nos llamo a todos los que tenemos el problema "Mentiroso" porque dijo que solamente le estaba suciendo a 3 personas (el cual no es asi era muchisimas, la gran mayoria) de que no podia pagar.
Otros se quejaban de que la data no funcionaba, de que no tenia los contratos para operar, muchimos problemas.
En mi caso con relacion al pago tenia ya 4 dias y nada de poder pagar pero si eso es con un simple pago de activacion, no me imagino a la hora de hacer un retiro o algo como hubiese sido.
Los de soporte del discord son muy incompetentes y no tienen una solucion clara al problema, reclame mi derecho de que si no podia dar una solucion para activar la cuenta me hicieran un reembolso y me banearon del discord.
Simplemente por decirle la verdad en la cara de que la compania no servia me banearon.

I purchased a funded account and passed the evaluation. However, when it was time to make the $75 activation payment, the system would not allow me to pay in any way. I tried every solution they suggested, and nothing worked.
Later, a man named Matt, who seems to be a supervisor at the company, basically called all of us who were experiencing the issue “liars,” claiming that it was only happening to three people — which was not true at all. It was happening to many users, the vast majority.
Others were also complaining that the data was not working, that they did not have the contracts available to trade, and there were many other issues.
In my case, regarding the payment, I had already spent four days trying to pay with no success. If this is how they handle a simple activation payment, I can’t imagine how it would be when trying to make a withdrawal.
The Discord support team is very incompetent and does not have a clear solution to the problem. I asked for my right to receive a refund if they could not provide a solution to activate the account, and they banned me from the Discord.
Simply for telling them the truth — that the company was not good — they banned me.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL.

First, we would like to clarify that the activation payment issue you experienced was related to temporary payment gateway restrictions affecting certain transactions. It was not intentional, nor was it targeted at any specific user. In some cases, banks automatically decline transactions for security reasons, even after manual authorization, which can unfortunately create additional complications.
Regarding the comments attributed to Matt, we understand how that interaction may have felt from your perspective. However, there was no intention to call anyone a liar. The information available to the team at that time indicated that only a limited number of accounts were affected. If the communication came across differently, we sincerely apologize for that misunderstanding.
Concerning platform data and contract availability, there were short-term technical adjustments being implemented during that period. These issues were addressed as quickly as possible by our technical team.
We also want to clarify that bans from our Discord are not issued for constructive criticism. They are only applied in cases where community guidelines are violated, such as repeated disruptive behavior or abusive language. If there was a misunderstanding in your case, we are open to reviewing it.
As for withdrawals, funded payouts are processed through a separate and structured system once eligibility criteria are met. Activation payment processing issues do not reflect our withdrawal procedures.
We understand your frustration after spending several days trying to resolve the issue, and for that inconvenience, we truly apologize. Our goal is always to improve both our infrastructure and our communication.
If you are open to it, we would be willing to review your specific case again and work toward a proper resolution.

Fake company that delay my payout
Fake company that delay payout by all means of dashboard bug. Requset Rise Id and quickly changed the typo last week so I know the payout is a lie. Stll holding my kyc so I cannot submit my withdraw request for one month.
Do Not trust their reply! Till now I still cannot get the payout that should belong to me that they block me form using their sh*t dashboard.
And Do NOT Trust the payout sucessful review because they said they use Rise for payout but I believe nobody got the Rise contract signed!!!!

There is absolutely no intention to delay or avoid any legitimate payout. Dashboard display issues, when they occur, are technical matters and are not used as a reason to deny withdrawals. Corrections such as fixing typos or updating information are part of normal system maintenance and do not affect payout eligibility.
Regarding the Rise ID request, this is a standard requirement to ensure secure and accurate payment processing. As for KYC verification, it is a mandatory compliance step that must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. If your KYC is still pending, it means the verification has not yet been finalized or additional information may be required.
We do not benefit in any way from delaying withdrawals. Once all requirements — including KYC and payout details — are properly completed, payouts are processed according to the stated terms.
If you provide your account details through the proper support channel, we are willing to review your case again and provide a clear update.
We remain committed to transparency and fair treatment of all traders.

se demoran un poco
Primero les di una estrella porque compre una prueba con crypto y me aparecia como que si no hubiera pagado, el soporte se demoro un poco en dar respuesta pronto, he cambiado mi opinion inicial, aun no le coloco mas estrellas porque quiero saber que pasa con el proceso luego de pasar la prueba y luego el retiro a ver que tal, ahora mismo estoy esperando la respuesta efectiva del KYC porque ya lo hice y aun no aparece verificado, entonces esperare y vere si cambio de nuevo mi opinion aqui.

Con respecto al KYC, una vez que los documentos son enviados, el equipo de cumplimiento los revisa y verifica en el momento en que se solicita un retiro. Esto nos permite garantizar un proceso de pago seguro y sin inconvenientes para todos los traders.
