I am more than sure if I had taken the time to sit down, I could have revised my resume, created a proper cover letter and fixed up my LinkedIn profile, but I am busy woman. I appreciated the extra help plus the discount I was allowed to use too. I have used Spark in the past for a resume rewrite but that time there were a few typos and spelling errors so it was nice to not have that trouble this time around. I think my only qualm was the format of the resume. I personally did not find it the most particularly appealing but I know I can change the font style and such along the way. Quick update: considering I had to change the formatting of the resume to what I like, I will knock a star because I do recall mentioning that as something I didn't like especially adding a summary. The cover letter and tips for LinkedIn are great. They also offer great tutorials and have a portal where you can chat and go over the revisions.

Appreciate flexibility with scheduling. Each package and services offered need to be provided on the website in greater detail.

I can't say you can do without it, but it's a really comfortable thing to handle if you need it to look perfect - then you need it.
