Let me start by saying I will probably never let anyone else touch my résumé, but spark your résumé. I was in a rut in my job, and I was looking to move to a new company with better pay. I was ready to grow in my professional career. I went to Leander and his team and it was such a comfortable and collaborative experience, and honestly, it’s worth every penny. I got to explain my aspirations and job preferences. I was even able to bounce some ideas off of the team and narrow my job search. THEN work with a résumé writer that listened to me and updated my résumé just as I needed her to - I love Rose! I felt heard and I felt like my resume was not only Professional but it accurately portrayed the confident and exceptional Candidate that I am. I get so many compliments from recruiters on the great quality of my resume. Once it was updated I actually never reached out to apply for a position - recruiters were beating down my door. I got a contract job making six figures - not even three months after updating my résumé, and then I got another full time position at my dream job at Home Depot maybe six months later. It has been a great experience all around And they offer so much support and tools to boost your confidence in the interviewing and hiring processes. Updated my linkedin, cover letter … EVERYTHING! I loved this service so much that I actually referred my cousin to this company. she got her résumé updated and got a new job in less than a month making twice as much as she was making in her previous position. I highly recommend this company to not just “spark your resume” but to enable your career to really take off.

Spark Your Resume has put a lot of money in my hands. As a former student athlete, I spent the majority of my time working on my sport in school. Since I didn’t take the time to learn how to maneuver corporately, I felt lost on the shuffle when trying to plan my career. The career coaching and interview prep I received gave me the direction I was missing. I could see where I wanted to go, why I wanted to be there, and what steps I needed to take. They’re LinkedIn coaching made my profile so attractive, I got a job offer with a $28,000 increase in salary without even apply! They just DMed and I took it from there. And that’s not that has happened. With the information they supplied me with, Spark Your Resume put me on another level professionally.
