Want to miss Valentine’s Day? Order from these guys
They say 6-10 days for delivery. It’s been 12 days and no delivery. Missed Valentine’s Day. Wont let me return it whenever the hell it gets here. Won’t give me my money back either. Trash ass company. Don’t do business with them

The company is unprofessional and possibly a scam
The company is completely non responsive once the order is placed. I have placed an order on 31st of Jan with the promise of delivery between 7-12 days. So namely by the 12th of Feb. As per the tracking it has departured on the 4th of Feb from the US (if that's even true or just a fake/scam info). It's the 15th now and there is no delivery and no answer to inquiry into why it's delayed or when will it arrive. It was a valentine gift , but forget arriving on time I doubt it will even arrive at the way it's going so far.

Definitely not worth the hassle
Definitely not worth the hassle. I received a broken item, I tried to ask for a refund and nothing has been done. Item was ordered with more than 2 weeks before Valentines as a gift. Horrible customer service.

Delivery
On 4th of Feb, I wrote them if they can deliver me within 12 Feb, they responded positive and I ordered, I was constantly tracking and asking them the update, They told me sometimes the tracking lags and assured me on time delivery. Today is 12 Feb and from tomorrow I won't be in station and I will be travelling. The order is worthless!l because I did not receive it until now.

Guirlande ne fonctionne pas du tout
Order #SR84669 J’ai effectivement reçu la rose, et le plus curieux avec un jour d’avance. Mais la guirlande ne fonctionne pas du tout , alors que c’est l’élément attractif du produit. Elle marche pas du tout et j’ai pourtant essayé avec deux jeux de piles différents (et en plus il en faut 3) mais rien n’y fait. J’étais censé livré ce cadeau dans deux jours et ça me donne le cafard. Ils testent pas du tout les produits avant de les expédier. De plus le carton du produit a été un peu amoché et ils enveloppent ça dans dans une sorte de sac donc même le transport est un peu débile… J’ai envoyé un message au Support et il m’ont dit qu’ils allaient m’en renvoyer un car j’avais envoyé une vide prouvant que la guirlande ne marchait pas. Sauf que depuis j’ai plus de nouvelle et aucune information si ils m’ont effectivement envoyé un nouveau produit. Ils sont censés envoyer les informations de suivi par e-mail et je n’ai rien preuve qu’ils n’ont pas tenu parole.

I payed for faster delivery 5-7 days. It’s been 7 days and it’s still sitting in china. If I had known it had to come from there I never would have ordered it.

Hey Charles, upon checking your order I can see that you have not paid for fast shipping. You have selected the Insured shipping option which clearly mentions 7 to 12 days shipping time + 2-3 days processing time in which we pack and ship out your package from our warehouse. you have placed an order on the 27th of August and today it's 2nd September. It has only been 6 days since you placed your order. Please be patient as you will receive your package very soon 😊 We ship out packages from our warehouse based on the availability of stock. Your package has been shipped out from china because we have run out of stock in our US warehouses due to high demand.
