Company is a joke. I ordered Feb 10 with the guarantee delivery for Valentine’s Day as stated on their website. Paid for priority shipping and everything. It is now Feb 17 and still has not arrived. Contacted customer services and said sorry for the poor experience and gave me a $15 gift card and said they will tell their logistics team to prioritize my order.

They have not shipped my order and I ordered 10 days ago. They will not respond to any sort of correspondence as I have emailed and called numerous times. They are not even accreditied on the BBB and they have a F rating on there and that should be the same that they have here. The address that comes up on BBB registry is not Sparky Roses so this screams SCAM.

There's a hair in the glass when I received the package. No one has ever responded to my complaint. THANKS FOR RUINING MY VALENTINE'S DAY!!!!! No more next time!!!!

Do not buy from there I paid for expedited shipping 16 days ago to have for Valentine's day and it wasn't delivered. There customer service is absolutely horrible they auto reply to all emails the same bs they feed everyone with no help or updates . Horrible customer service and delivery service

Guaranteed delivery before valentines and they could not even sort that out. Package was stuck at origin airport for 3 days leading to a delivery (that has not yet arrived) too late

Stay Away From this company and their shady business practices. I placed an order a week ago specifically because they guaranteed delivery by Valentine’s Day. Without that promise I wouldn't have purchased. I checked the shipping status, it’s obvious the item will not arrive anywhere close to the promised date. classic bait and switch tactics I reached out to customer service, I received nothing but a canned response that completely ignored my concerns. No accountability, no real help, and no attempt to make the situation right. Now I have to spend more money or more gifts elsewhere.

– Misleading Express Shipping (Order #SR148067) I placed my order on January 1st (Order #SR148067) and paid extra for Express Shipping (advertised as 3–6 days) because the item was intended as a birthday gift. As of February 1st, more than one month later, I still have not received my order. The company repeatedly states that the package is “on the way” but cannot provide any confirmed delivery date or local courier contact. Charging customers for express shipping while failing to deliver within a reasonable timeframe is misleading and unacceptable. I am very disappointed with this experience and do not recommend this seller.
