I have been most grateful for having the service for well over a decade... My email address 25yrs old and drowned in spam... But no no no thank you for $360/yr... Errrrrrr... I prefer trawling my entire digital life and replacing my original email everywhere... Bye bye to spam arrest.

LIke others here, two of us have been with Spam Arrest since the beginning. Contacted them regarding the dramatic increase in fees - no response. $60 a month - no thank you. Gmail is handling our spam just fine. Goodbye Spam Arrest

I have been with SpamArrest for several years and find it to be very useful. However, I recently had notice of a change in the charges. When I went to this I discovered that paying annually was not an option. This has always been my preference as it is cheaper this way, but is no longer available to me. When I go to help, for several "days" the only reply I get is that there is an error. I cannot contact SpamArrest. The monthly charge is now £29.00 which I do not want to pay. The main thing is that I c annot contact SpamArrest as the only thing that I get is an error message. Has Spamarrest been hacked?

I have been a loyal Spamarrest customer since 2003, 19 years. They have been steadily raising their cost over the years...which I get...until now, they have gone from $75 a year to $30 a MONTH. I have no idea where their head is at, but they are going to lose a lot of people!

I've been with Spamarrest for a very long time but to increase their fees by 300% is daylight robbery and I will be another customer that leaves when my current subscription expires.

I used spam arrest for years and it always did a decent job of catching spam. I repeatedly asked them to improve their web interface it was absolutely horrible in some cases you couldn't read emails at all and all they ever said in response was use a regular e-mail client like outlook. Now they have raised their price to $30 per month. BYE BYE!

Overall liked the product for reducing my spam. Used the product since it first came out and never really had too many issues. But increasing from $79/yr to $30/mo?! Bye Bye. Cancelled my renewal today.

Challenge-response email validation is still a highly effective spam solution for the end-user, despite the many caveats; I'd used Spamarrest for many years. Having said that, since they are bumping up even their personal accounts up to a stratospheric $30/mo U.S., I will be moving on when my annual renewal expires.
