Everyone at Spacetouch has been super helpful. My Jupiter had some issues but Jeanne gave me directions on how to handle the warranty. I actually stopped by the office in Las Vegas and was given wonderful service from Nancy. Thank you all for the help and so excited about the skin care results!

The heat mode on my Space Touch Jupiter stopped working. I contacted the company and spoke to Jeanne about my issue with the unit. She requested I send it in for review of the issue. She communicated with me via email the entire time from when it was received by them until it was replaced by a new unit. She also sent my an email to confirm I received replacement unit. They're a solid company and I wish other companies would strive for that type of excellence.

Jeanne was amazing. She exceeded my expectations. Very helpful and courteous. She tracked my order and ensure that the product got to me safely and on time. She stayed ahead of the situation by immediately replacing the product rather than waiting to be repair and aim to rectify the situation. The whole experience was smooth and efficient. I began having trouble with my Jupiter after several years of owning it. After sending it back to the company under the lifetime warranty for evaluation, they replaced it with a new device.
