My husband and I had the unfortunate experience of meeting Giovanni at Inglot in the Hilton Hawaiian Village this month. We bought the Jupiter Light Therapy device. Once we got home I started researching light therapy. I was incredibly ripped off! Light therapy does help with many things, but these devices are OUTRAGEOUSLY priced! And to top things off, I also purchased the Space Touch Cosmo device. I am a senior citizen and should not have spent that much money. I will be paying off my credit cards for years. Giovanni is a charmer and a ruthless salesman. Stay away from Inglot in Hawaii. I am so upset just typing this and will be paying for a humongous mistake for years to come. All of these products can be purchased for 1/10 of what they are getting. STAY AWAY! And to top things off, they do not take any returns for money back. Only returns for credit! WHY would I want to get a product that is just as OVERPRICED as what I returned. If you want that, you only have a 2 week window. I notified Giovanni of my dissatisfaction within the 2 week window, but by the time we had emailed back and forth, it had passed. But again, why would I want a credit from a company that is scamming people?!!!!! I want my money back!!!!

Thank you for such a detailed account, and I'm sorry — both for the amount you spent and for how this has affected you financially. That's a real and serious consequence, not just a bad shopping experience. We want to look directly into what happened at Inglot in the Hilton Hawaiian Village. On the return window: you did the right thing by notifying Giovanni within the two weeks, and it's not fair for that window to effectively close on you because of the time it took to go back and forth over email. That's worth addressing directly, not treating as your window having simply expired. Please reach out to us at [email protected], reference this review, and include the dates you first reached out to Giovanni. We want to look at this based on when you actually raised the issue, not when the email thread happened to end.

Worthless. I am so sorry I wasted my money on this product. I have used it steadily for six months and see absolutely no difference. Nothing! Save your money.

Thank you for the honest feedback, and I'm sorry it hasn't shown any difference after six months of consistent use — that's a genuinely disappointing outcome, especially given the effort you put in. If you're open to it, let us know which device you have and a bit about your routine (frequency, distance, settings used), and we'd like to see if there's something that could be adjusted. Reach out to us at [email protected] anytime.

Hi it's me again, Clelia, after many weeks of emails with the Co-Owner of Space Touch and Eye Tech, and having to ship back the products to Hawaii at my cost, (a very hard lesson learnt). A product and service is only as good as the Owners word, and it seems it's not worth much, they did give me a credit but retained over $2000.00, DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT IT"S NOT WORTH THE MONEY

So far I’ve been using this product (Jupiter) for almost 2 months, and have not seen a change. I still use it 3 times a week, and was told this will replace Botox?! I would disagree, as I still have the lines and wrinkles. And it seems as though there is no satisfaction guarantee? Which for a pricey product, I find to be disappointed. Not worth the money!
