I can confirm all the reviews. The customer service for this Space Touch is unlike any other service I have ever experienced. Jeanne in particular is amazing and so responsive to any issues i may have had. The Jupiter stopped working properly. I was told to send it back and before long I received a brand new one. So rest assured if you purchase this , you will have a wonderful contact person to help you....

Customer service was exceptional. An oasis in a sea of rather pretty poor customer service worldwide, but this customer service was fabulous.

The eyetech case USB cord was not working so I filed a claim. The response was almost immediate to send device back and they will look at it. I shipped it to headquarters in Las Vegas and had a new device in 3 days. The customer service was WONDERFUL!! I feel as if Jeanne(Skin Specialist) went above and beyond to go through step by step with me of the process and she answered all my questions. I didn't realize how well the Eyetech worked until I didn't use it for a few weeks and was amazed how fast it helped reduce my wrinkles and bags under my eyes. Love it!!!! It's hands-free and really works!!

I purchased my Vega while traveling out of state and after about a week of using it, found that the charging base was defective. I contacted customer service and was pleased with the quality and expedient manner they addressed my issue. They sent a return label and within another week, I had a replacement device delivered to my home. So far, so good. Jeanne was a great help to me and very attentive to my needs.

I purchased a Jupiter Space Touch & after the first use, it stopped heating & cooling. I reached out to customer service, Jeanne responded within a few hours & was very helpful in trying to diagnose the issue but the suggestions weren't successful. I returned the Jupiter & within 8 business days, I received a new one. So far, it's working as it should. This company stands behind their product & offers great customer service. I hope the Jupiter Space touch gives the same great service, I look forward to seeing the results.
