Jeanne was patient when I could not send the pictures of the malfunction on the Jupiter and followed through the mailing, etc. My replacement arrived very quickly.

We have been a customer of Spacetouch.com for several years now. They continue to amaze us with how easy they are to work with us. We've used their products for a number of years now and if there is a problem they are quick to respond and resolve the issue. We have specifically had a problem with one of their devices. After contacting Jeanne, she was quick to respond and giving us guidance on getting our device sent to them for repair or replacement. Within a week we had our new device in hand. I am so glad we are dealing with a company that stands by its warrant and takes customer service to a new level. I can't say enough about Jeanne and Spacetouch!

I just want to give a short review on my experience with Space Touch products. I contacted their service department because the product I had bought was faulty and not functioning properly. Upon my contacting them… Their response was immediate and with the concern that I as a customer would be satisfied. They made it very simple… I gave them the information in detail about my product having a problem. They gave me the address to send back my faulty device, and within less than a week I had a brand new device in hand working perfectly! I found out quickly that one of their trusted employees in the service department was a lady named Jeanne who was a world of help in bringing everything together! She was willing to help and assist me in anyway that I needed! I have been using Jupiter over a month now and I love it! The customer support team helped me with every question that I had. I also had one issue with the machine. The warranty department was amazing and took care of everything very quickly. They even emailed me every day to remind me things and get everything going super fast. I truly recommend this machine to everyone who needs a little help with skin. It can help without looking into any surgical procedures. The machine has blue and red light and can help with many different things. I’m still learning and looking forward to improve my look and health. Thank you 🙏🏻

Spacetouch devices changed my life!!! I have been using the Jupiter & eye tech since mid January (2 months) . I used to have hormonal breakouts, like one zit per week , which was like endless battle . My breakouts stops after 1 week of use… after 3 weeks, my skin has never been smoother & tighter and just super radiant, it’s insane! I was pretty sceptical about it at first, but oh my I can’t thank you enough of how much the quality of my skin has improved… I’ve used the red light & blue light one after the other.. and if I want to go out / apply make up, I just use the blue light. Since 3 weeks ago I only use 2-3 times a week to maintain. (Jupiter device) I have not use the eye tech device religiously, maybe once a week / when I don’t get enough sleep. It does relaxes me & reduce the puffiness.. but I need to use it more to be able to see the real result of what eye tech can actually do! And I’m very excited. The after care service is so prompt & friendly. It is non exaggeration, the best after care customer service you will ever receive. Thank you Spacetouch team! Your products are godsend! xoxo

I’m so pleased with my space touch. My skin is so much better. I had problems with it not heating up.I was very nervous about what would happen. When I email customer service Jeanne was so helpful. I sent the defective one back and received a new one in a week! Jeanne kept me up to date on when I would receive the FedEx delivery!
