I purchased the Spacetouch in December, but was not able to use it until March. Worked several times and then would not work. Sent the item back and within 1 week had a brand new one sent to me. Wonderful customer service. I would recommend this product!!

They were in constant communication with me and guided me clearly through the process of replacing my broken device using the warranty. It was replaced and on my doorstep within a few days of the broken one being received by them.

We purchased the Spacetouch Cosmo Red light Therapy unit just a few months ago. It turned on one day, but we couldn't set any of the settings. Contacted SpaceTouch & returned the unit, & one week later, we had an exchange unit at our doorstep. Jeanne was so helpful & the process was so easy! Customer service top notch!!

The Company promptly shipped my device and kept me informed about the expected delivery date at all times. A warranty issue was handled without delay or questions. The company provided return instructions and assumed the cost of the return and shipment of a new device. I really appreciate the company's level of courtesy and communication.

My eye-tech device was not charging. I contacted the customer relations, and received a prompt reply. Their suggestions did not fix the problem. They sent me a label to return it, and within 10 days after returning it, I was sent a new one. In short, the service was excellent.

I can’t say enough good things about the Spacetouch customer service. One of my Eyetech devices would not hold a charge. After emailing SpaceTech, Jeanne immediately contacted me and explained exactly what to do to resolve my issue. Within a week I had a new device. Thank you Jeanne!
