The Space Touch support specialist Jeanne was super helpful. She helped me coordinate my return and worked with me when I had issues on the website submitting the photos/video for the return. I appreciate that Space Touch upheld their warranty.

My Spacetouch Jupiter started shutting down intermittently. I reached out to Jeanne and she gave me some things to try to get the Jupiter to work properly. When that didn't work, she asked me to send it in. I shipped it by UPS and sent her the tracking number and she checked on the arrival date and let me know when it got there. A few days later there was a BRAND NEW replacement of the Spacetouch Jupiter at my door. The Jupiter is a truly amazing product. I have had it for five years and can honestly say I do not look my age!

One ,the product 🙂. The Jupiter space touch device is a game changer for my knees. Never thought something like this could provide the relief it did for me. The customer service is very helpful and responsive. While I am disappointed the the space touch stopped working for a second time, when I let them know, they were helpful. They let me know what I needed to do to return and receive a replacement. The replacement came within about 2 days of their receipt of the old one, very fast.

Excellent customer service. Unfortunately the same can't be said for FedEx who completely messed up the return of my faulty item. Luckily Jeanne sent out a replacement. I expect my old one is circling the globe somewhere!

Jeanne helped me figure out to reset my spacetouch that was not charging. I was going to send it to be checked out, then became sidetracked by life and Jeanne reminded me. I was finally able to reset it and it is functioning normally but Jeanne said if anything should occur, she is there to help. Truly extraordinary customer service!
