Thank you so much for this! Having both devices since 2018 and still using them regularly says a lot, and we're glad the lifetime warranty held up exactly as it should when you needed it. We'll be sure Shannon hears this — she'll appreciate it. One small note: Cosmo isn't specifically intended or tested for treating bruising or pain, so while we're glad you've found it comforting to use that way, we wouldn't want that to replace any care you'd otherwise seek for those issues. I do want to address the pain medication part directly, because your safety matters more to us than this being a glowing review: Galaxa is not tested, intended, or approved as a treatment for chronic pain, and it should not be used as a substitute for prescribed pain medication. Stopping or changing pain medication without your doctor's guidance can carry real risks depending on what you're taking and why it was prescribed. We'd strongly encourage you to talk to your doctor before continuing to go without your medication, even if you're feeling good right now. We also take the concern about sales tactics seriously, and "deceptive and unethical" is strong, fair feedback we don't want to brush past. As the manufacturer, we're not involved in the specific sales conversations or pricing at the point of sale, as retail sales are handled by independently owned resellers, but we don't want that distinction to feel like an excuse.
