I have been waiting for my product and after reaching out they just sent it. It was ordered December 10 !! The response to my inquiry was very prompt and that part has been excellent. Just very disappointed in the shipping and deliveryHopefully will see product soon and try it out.

My elderly and vulnerable mother was physically ushered into a Truffoire store and kept there for three to four hours when she repeatedly tried to leave. They sold Space Touch products here inside of the store. She was told many things about how these red-light therapy products were usually worth $127,200 and that she would be getting a deal if she only spent $17,000. She was told that these products, designed by NASA, would cure her pain. They also told her that this product could be written off on her taxes. She was harassed and badgered by four sales persons to the point where she felt coerced and forced to make a purchase just so she could get out of there. She reluctantly agreed to one purchase without the knowledge that all sales were final until AFTER the fact. When they talked her into making a second purchase after holding her for three hours, her card declined. After her card declined, the sales women named Adele Rossi physically took her phone and forced the transaction to go through. I do not know the specifics of how she did that. They finally pressured my mother to sign multiple documents without giving her time to read them. Exhausted and tired after three to four hours of holding her there she signed just to get out of the store. She called me immediately after and I knew something was wrong. We will be refusing these products and pursuing legal action for the physically grabbing (assaulting) of my vulnerable elderly mother, the taking her upstairs and forcing her to try these products (false imprisonment), and the taking of her phone to make a large purchase of $10,000 (theft). These predatory high-pressure sales tactics are illegal as well as the false and misleading claims about NASA technology and the ability to be written off on your taxes, and unfair pricing. Please BEWARE of these products.

What you're describing is extremely serious, and I'm not going to respond to it the way we would a typical complaint. If what happened to your mother is accurate, this goes well beyond a bad sales experience into territory involving her physical safety and an unauthorized transaction, and it deserves to be treated that way. As the manufacturer, we do not run this store or condition its sales conduct, but we are not going to hide behind that distinction given what's being described. We want to look into this immediately and directly, including the specific individuals and location named. We'd also encourage you and your mother to pursue this through the appropriate authorities given what you've described, separate from anything we do on our end — her safety and her rights matter more than a product dispute. Can you please provide clarity on the device warranty that between lifetime warranty and extended warranty? Jupiter: The description stated Lifetime Manufacturer's Warranty including battery issues, and for extended warranty that also included with Battery service coverage. On pricing, we understand there are much cheaper LED devices on the market, and we know that's a fair thing to weigh — ours are positioned differently in terms of build and testing, but we respect that it's not the right fit or value for everyone. On the blue light concern: our cleared devices are tested to IEC 62471, the standard for photobiological safety of light-based devices, which addresses light exposure safety. That said, we're not going to claim we've fully answered every question about long-term effects of blue light exposure specifically, since that's a genuinely debated area in skin science more broadly, not just for our products. We'd rather be honest about that than dismiss your concern. Appreciate you sharing your perspective either way.

Finger weg von diesem Gerät. Es ist Preis-/Leistung stimmt überhaupt nicht. Innert 3 Monaten das dritte Gerät. 1-2 brauchen, Akku down und es kann nicht mehr geladen werden. Das Geld wird man zum Fenster raus! Service von SpaceTouch gut, aber der Verkäufer "Giovanni - Agentur in Honolulu" macht nach mir die Sinnflut. Keine Reaktion auf E-Mail oder Kontaktaufnahme und Spacetouch Hauptsitz, will nichts davon wissen wollen! Schweinerei!

It’s a great product for three weeks. After three weeks the red light will stop giving off heat. I have returned the machine over and over and over again. Customer service is great at giving me a new one and each one that I’ve had has not worked longer than a month, Dont buy it.
