Jeanne was amazing! She communicated quickly and accurately when we were experiencing problems with our unit. She diagnosed and determined our unit was faulty and instructed us to return it for a replacement. The return process was fast and easy. We had our new unit within a week. We couldn’t be happier. Excellent customer service.

My Jupiter, after a few years, begin to have some issues. I contacted the Company and they immediately asked questions and for me to return the unit. Almost overnight my unit was replaced. I was so delighted, and impressed with the service and professionalism them exhibited throughout this issue. I would not hesitate to recommend the company and their products.

After the purchase of my Jupiter, I made sure to register it right away. My unit began to have issues recently and I reached out to customer service. I was so relieved and happy to receive a response right away from Jeanne. I’ve read many of the glowing reviews online about the excellent customer service she has provided. She did not disappoint and deserves every accolade mentioned. I love my Jupiter but was a little nervous initially to invest this amount of money for it. It says lifetime warranty and the company definitely stands behind that. The bonus was having such a kind and professional representative handling it all. Thank you Jeanne and Space Touch. My EyeTech wasn't charging properly. I contacted Space Touch customer service and within a week they shipped me out my new device. Their response time was quick and efficient. Very happy.

My Jupiter wouldn't charge so they replaced it. All within a week! I'm already using it and loving it!!!! I've had an infared device before, but not one with a blue light too. After I use the blue light I have noticably smaller pores and my skin doesn't have red patches.
