Great response time and a quick resolution! I had a technical issue with my Jupiter after using it once. I reached out to customer service via email and was pleasantly surprised to receive a response within 30 minutes. The instructions from the skin specialist worked like a charm, and now I know how to power up my Jupiter in the future. Superior customer service!

Your team member specialists, to be certain the power adaptor was defective, suggested we plug it into a different power outlet. Since the adaptor still did not function, a new adaptor was sent immediately. It is a pleasure working with an organization that responds quickly and accurately. Thank you.

Jeannie was amazing to work with. She responded quickly to my email and she was very friendly & professional . She helped me troubleshoot our Vega unit and realized we had to send it back to get it checked out. She waited no time sending us a replacement. We are very pleased with the whole experience.
