Problem Fixed! I had a problem with my Spacetouch Vega after using it for several years. I contacted them and got a response right away. I ended up having to send it to them and they replaced and sent a new one in a week. Very pleased with the response. I love my device. It has made a very noticeable difference in my skin tome and elasticity. Service and warranty are great (thanks Jeanne!)

After 9 years of use the unit developed a premature shutoff when the blue light is turned on. Contacted Spacetouch & received immediate response. Returned my unit & promptly receive a brand new unit. Couldn't be happier with warranty service received.

I had an issue with the head separated from the main device. Since I had registered my device, I was able to send it in for warranty inspection. Within a couple days, they sent out a new Jupiter device. I wish the device casing wasn't made out of plastic but I was extremely satisfied with the exchange.

My device turned out to be not charging. I contacted the company and dealt with a lady called Jeanne, who was very helpful. I have now had my my Jupiter space touch replaced. I also received this replacement very quickly. So I’m so excited to start trying out this new device, hoping for the results.
