Thought after returning once that my device wasn’t working again. They were so kind again, and sent another shipping label. Here to find out my husband had a cord for one of his devices out and accidentally switched them out. Even though it fit it must not have been fully connected because it would not charge. They were very understanding and told me to reach out if I have any other issues.

We love our Spacetouch Vega. We actually have two; a Vega and a Jupiter. We loaned our Vega to our adult son and somehow he lost the charger. I contacted Spacetouch and explained the situation and was informed they normally sell a replacement charger but in this instance they would give me a charger! Awesome! They not only gave me a charger but stayed in constant email communication; keeping me informed on progress e.g. the order had been place; shipping label created, charger on the way etc. Absolutely awesome customer service!!

I love my Space Touch Jupiter, but like most things they eventually malfunction. Fortunately, the Space Touch company stands behind their guarantee to replace, if needed. I reached out and received a quick response from Jeanne. She is amazing! From first steps of submitting my claim to tracking and receiving my replacement, she was in constant communication. She streamlined the process for me and made me an even bigger fan of the Space Touch company!

Customer service was great. Responded quickly about my Jupiter that was not working. They had me try a few things to see if the problem could be resolved. When that did not work they had me returned the device to them & they replaced it within a few days. I am very pleased with this company.
