Reading some of the other reviews shows me that my experience was not unusual! Jeanne was quick to respond to my questions, and sent me a LONG list of "how-to"s, and how to search for more information if I needed to. I am very happy!! Great customer service is VERY hard to find these days!! I've had to take a break from using my devices because we have moved - but I'm hoping to get started again soon. Wonderful feeling on my skin using both the Vega and the Jupiter!

My Jupiter unit wasn't working properly and I returned after being instructed to do so. The unit was replaced quickly after being looked at. I received within a week later. Jeanne was the customer service person I dealt with and she followed up each step with me. Other businesses should have customer service like this! Thanks again.
