I purchased a Jupiter by Spacetouch about ten months ago. My husband never considered any type of skin care regimen, but when he saw my results, he began using the Jupiter. This device has transformed our skin and reduced facial lines. I can't say enough about the impeccable customer support provided by Spacetouch. Before utilizing customer support, I was skeptical of all of the rave reviews of the company's customer service. I'm now a believer. I was kept informed through every step in the process and received a replacement device right away.

My device quit working and they were very helpful about helping me return the old one and getting a new one.

I have the Juniper device for three years now, and has been replaced it twice. It just stopped working. In the beginning was very hard for a customer service get back to me, my old email address was not working and nobody was returning my messages. Finally Jeanne got back to me and started the return process right away, l had an issue returning the device, l paid for my own label and l just find out that l could have asked for a return label from this company. My device was almost lost in USPS it was a stressful situation. Thankfully the device was delivered by USPS after two Service Request from them, it was delivered a month later. I would like for the future that this company send me a prepaid label so l don't have to go through all the stress to send it back. Jeanne was very attentive and was on top of the situation. Thank you Jeanne for all you help! Update ******** Jeanne confirmed l can request a prepaid label next time l have to replace my Juniper! 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ company!

The Customer Service is AMAZING! I needed help regarding registration of my recently purchased Jupiter and Eyetech devices. I used the "chat" feature on the website and asked for a phone number. Jeanne had me call her and she not only walked me through the process, but she sent me very detailed instructions on how to use my Jupiter device (MUCH more detailed than I received when I purchased it)! I was very impressed by Jeanne and her eagerness to help me!

I’ve had my juniper spacetouch for years and I love it. It works very well. I lost the charging cord and went online and had the charger and cord within the week. The customer service was absolutely fabulous.

I take my skincare seriously. The Jupiter device has elevated it to the next level. After 5 yrs. of use it was in need of repair. Within a week I received a replacement. They sent updates every step of the way. I couldn't be more pleased!

The company has great customer service and stands behind their products. Jeanne is awesome and so helpful.

My product was on the fritz and malfunctioned but Jeanne took care of it quickly and had a new one sent to us immediately! I would recommend the Jupiter and the customer service! Thanks again!
