I got the Jupiter a couple of months ago and am loving the device. The heat feels so good and my skin is feeling tighter and looking more uniform. I will definitely continue using and do not regret this purchase. Also, the customer service is OUTSTANDING. I had a representative checking in with me and answered all of my questions from the best ways to use it to target different things to how to clean it properly.

I have been using The Jupiter device for four years, and I am thrilled with the results! I recently contacted Jeanne in customer service, due to an issue with the device. I had purchased it through a third-party and wasn’t even positive it was under warranty. She helped me track down the warranty information and coordinate returning my device and receiving a replacement device. My name is Liezel Almanza and my Jupiter had a malfunction problem less than a month ago. Skin specialist Jeanne is very helpful with the process. Although there was a slight issue with the delivery, they were very apologetic about it and able to replace it.

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Jeanne to help troubleshoot my SpaceTouch device. It was not heating/cooling despite a working fan/light. Jeanne and team were able to quickly resolve my issue which ultimately resulted in receiving a new device. I am really happy with the attention and care I received during this time.

I’ve had my Jupiter device for 18 months when it started to lose its charge, I emailed the call centre and they kindly sent me a pre paid label to send my device from the UK to Las Vegas, after some investigation they have sent me a new device, I am extremely pleased with the service and the constant update that I have received from Jeanne! 5 star service :-)

I am really satisfied with the attention I received from Space Touch's customer service. Jeanne's follow-up to the warranty claim was excellent. I had some problems with customs processes. But in the end, Space Touch helped me to solve my problem with my Eyetech And again, I have my eye therapy with me. Space Touch is a serious company, and I would buy their products again. They respect their warranties and support you with their customer service team. My appreciation to Jeanne.

Great customer service! The Space touch company stands behind their guarantee. There's a problem with some of my LED lights after using it for a few years, I reached out and received a quick responsecfrom Jeanne. She's amazing! From first step submitting my ckaim to tracking and receiving my replacement. They even replaced it with a brand new one! Thank you Space Touch!!
