I bought my device 5 years ago and use it regularly. I often get compliments on my skin. I recently had an issue with my device and the customer service was outstanding. It was such a relief to experience such prompt and efficient service. Especially for something I purchased 5 years ago.

We originally bought two devices several years ago. Eventually, each one stopped keeping a charge. Both have now been replaced in conjunction with the lifetime warranty. The customer service with Jeanne each time was responsive and thorough and resulted in new devices being delivered to my door. (Even during December!) We had purchased a Space touch Jupiter unit in 2019, and had been successfully using it since then. Some months ago the unit stopped taking a charge. When we contacted Space touch about the issue, they were quickly responsive and worked with us to get us a replacement unit. High quality company with a professional attitude.

I have had my Jupiter space touch for over four years. I love the way it makes my face and neck feel while in use. it recently had a mechanical issue and I was so impressed with the customer support I received.
