Absolutely the best experience with Jeanne and the Customer and Technical team! Had an issue with my Jupiter device that couldn’t be resolved with technical support. I returned the device at their request for evaluation. I received a new device within a week. Excellent warranty and customer service!!

Problem with Cosmo I reached out to customer service when my Cosmo was not functioning properly. Response from customer service was prompt and helpful. After trying to resolve the issue with suggestions from customer service without success, I shipped the Cosmo to them for their review. The result was that I was sent a new device! SpaceTouch stood behind their warranty 100%. Thank you SpaceTouch! You set the bar for outstanding customer service!

The warranty service is excellent just like the device Jupiter. Recently, I have been using it on a severe open wound and the healing is amazing.This technology should be used to hasten healing in all burn units around the world. Thank you Jeanne and everyone. My Jupiter device stopped working after only six months.I contacted Customer Service, submitted the required information and returned the device. Jeanne and her team at Customer Support were wonderful.They handled the problem professionally and quickly. They replaced my device with a new one in less than ten days.Superior Service !!

My Jupiter stopped taking a charge. I contacted customer support via email and was contacted back immediately by Jeanne. She was very prompt with all email correspondences. Once they determined that the unit needed to be replaced, they advised the next steps and within a couple of weeks I had a new unit. Thank you Spacetouch!
