Excellent customer service, my device broke and still under guarantee, I had to contact the company in Las Vegas, I live in the UK. I thought it might be a nightmare, but how wrong was I. They replied to my emails promptly and within a fortnight I had a replacement.

Great customer service! My Spacetouch Jupiter was not charging correctly and they responded to my email that day with tips to reset. When that didn't work they had me send it in and sent me a replacement. Very pleased!!!
